  1. Think I got most everything done on my to do list for the morning. Now time to relax watch a show and wait for the next group to get off the ice before doing some work again and then heading home to have some family time! Hope everyone has a good morning and very much looking forward to hearing what the Lean Lock crew has to say about their initial interactions etc!
  2. Testers selected! Excited for this group and they have a few surprises for us already as they got a bit of a head start on this test over the weekend. Stay tuned for some exciting updates and a unique putting method to see how it really works!
  3. Testers Announced! Lean Lock Putters! Straight from Lean Lock: "Switching to the LEAN LOCK putter and putting system eliminates variables and increases your consistency and confidence; especially on those nervy short putts. What’s the secret??? The LEAN LOCK Putter's forward shaft lean technology combined with a ground-breaking new gripping method. By anchoring the shaft to the target side (outside) of the leading arm LEAN LOCK stabilizes the putter, eliminates wrist movement, and minimizes clubface rotation. The connection to the lead arm is so secure you can grip the putter with LESS TENSION, yet still have SUPERIOR CONTROL." With 2 different mallets and blade putters Lean Lock Putters have a style to suit your eye. It may be unconventional, but there are a lot of reviews of golfers who have had lots of success with these putters. Please welcome and congratulate our testers! @EasyPutter @Girldad18 @CLenahan @warrenator8
  4. While the Pro Plus didnt blow it out of the park it seemed to still be a solid fit. Especially looking at the graphs. Helps me reaffirm I made a solid purchase decision and doesnt make me feel like I wasted my money at the very least!
  5. Tour Response is a great golf ball. I always loved the Project(a) and this being their newer version it is the real deal. Had some fantastic rounds with this ball this season.
  6. Use the search, or check on the recent content Stream and it's normally on the first page!
  7. Deal! Everyone come to Switzerland! Meet ups are something we want to do more of. Again just logistics can be tricky so we normally rely on spies in areas to connect with each other and get things moving. Good idea tho!! We can always try!
  8. Few questions before give any sort of answer/advice. What is wrong or not going on with your current clubs that are causing you to think about doing is? If it just club gapping then I am sure there are shops that would do exactly that with you. A gapping session, versus fitting. To me fitting says I need new shafts, new something. It may be 6 of one, but asking to do a gapping session may help the fitter/club builder as well. In a perfect world you would have a shop that goes through your bag with 3 or 4 normal shots with each club. See where the gaps are, bend them come back try them and hit them again to see what is what. I would also suggest or say stick with wedges and irons at least for the moment. It could be a lot of swings and adding in a full bag could take a lot out of you. Plus the long game clubs can be used for different purposes so in general finding out what you need there I think should be seperate. I know you have a home setup so possible for you to get a general idea of gaps at home and then to the shop to have them tweaked?
  9. As @cnosil pointed out posts in the Testers Wanted section do not count towards post count. The reactions there will count, however as it is built on a different platform outside of the main forum software the profile and post counting system is not recognized. For Forum Staff we actually prefer this as well as it shows or represents those who are posting not just in the testers wanted threads, but outside in where the main conversations are happening vs (not at all saying this is you - making a general statement) the pick me pick me or I would be a great tester for this because... and This is a great testing opportunity type posts. Not to say good posts dont happen there, but the majority are in that sort of category.
  10. We could potentially build that into the community call. Hiccups which we would need to look at are schedules, time zones etc as many testers are west coast and EU or in Australia/NZ which can make for some headaches. Certainly potential there, but some logistics to overcome. The other part is we would need to community to really buy in as we dont want to organize all of them to show up for a call and then only have 3 or 4 people asking some questions which may have been answered in the thread already. Again certainly potential there, just bringing up some of the logistic things!
  11. If we did do this into a Podcast I think I would only include the first 20 minutes as a formal podcast type section. Close the recording and have the rest as general chat for the weeks we do not have special guests.
  12. https://mygolfspy.com/buyers-guide/2023-golf-ball-test/ Results are in!
  13. Final standings for APH Division! Congrats to @Swing Pastor for leading our division and nearly cracking 100 million on the season!
  14. So more cobra like stuff. We did do a little more of that this season (Takomo and others did challenges). This may be something we integrate more via the MGSVCT and have challenges like that. Issue is in many cases prizes are wanted/expected and the forum doesnt have the budget or resources at this time to make those things happen. It may also be more than some testers are willing to do, but if we set that as the expectation from the get go maybe it could work. Final point and not a bad thing, but given the current staff is running full swing it may be that we need or require more assistance to run things like this.
  15. I think 30 sounds impressive. Especially since I know you have a good amount of success and manage all those teams well. I am at 3 and that is enough for me this season. Forum is too busy for me to commit to anything more!
  16. We are starting to work on our 2024 season, but wanted to quickly ask informally. What do you want to see come to member testing in 2024?
  17. I didn't know couple meant 30? Hehe
  18. I have heard amazing things about Decade, but will admit it isn't something I have looked into at all. I have also seen a lot of YouTube options out there for premium options etc. I had been a member of TXG for a little while, however cancelled when Matt first left and never reupped not seeing the value anymore.
  19. When do you not have early starts? Haha
  20. This I go back and forth on way more than I would care to admit. I have had better success with the Driving iron though.
  21. In an effort to help grow our community calls and Live Q&As we have now uploaded our first ever "podcast" to Spotify. https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/jamie-danbrook8/episodes/Forum-Community-Call-W-Kerry-Mosh-of-Red-Rooster-e28k122 You can view the first Red Rooster Q&A here! I will be uploading the rest over the next few days and on our next Community Call we can see what we think about maybe having all of them recorded and posted, even if it is a simple 20 minute segment!
  22. Thanks again @Splatt for doing these all season! Enjoy the break and looking forward to next year!
  23. Max as we all I think know is in a league of his own. Perez at this point needs for hope for even more dominance in the car else he may be looking for a seat soon. What a bad penalty too to loose a podium... To Gasly too!
  24. I think you may be looking for the Stack Thread. Should be a fun test and offer some great insights into how it works!
  25. Not gaming, but did test one out..had my Aldila Rogue MAX and ended up that the Epic Max LS was very similar in performance so kept that for a bit longer. Heard from many others that they liked the Rogue series tho!
