  1. I think someone mentioned Yes! Putters which was a good one. They had such a unique face and based off the community call last week we know that Adams or now TaylorMade own them or the technology. Funny how things going round and round.
  2. It was more a matter of time for me as to when I got my membership booked, but finally pulled the trigger the other day. Feels good and got a few rounds booked in for next week. @ToastedSoul got an opening on the 6 hole Monday evening at 16:30 if you are able to join!
  3. I was going to recommend SQAIRZ, but quick check and 14 is their biggest that I saw. I have always had good luck with FootJoy, but when it comes to width New Balance seems to be the go to option.
  4. @EMacK1961 and @IndyBonzo for the stranded version what do you find the spin profile to be? It seems to be maybe the lost model with the others getting a bit more hype.
  5. My big concern for anyone leaving clubs in a truck or truck is the epoxy on club heads. It may seem far fetched but I have seen club heads fly off and it's because the epoxy had been weakened due to the heat. I don't know Wyoming at all. But that was the case for us in Nova Scotia Canada and while not known for being a hot for, it does get warm.
  6. I'll give it a look. There are so many apps and such out there it is often hard to even recognize most of them.
  7. Yup they launched this at the PGA show! It's a combo of sorts and offers a good bit of value.
  8. With final reviews around the corner what are some closer to closing thoughts? Has TaylorMade made a large improvement with these?
  9. The timing is weird or maybe just not ideal so close to the Masters. But at the same time why risk going through the Masters knowing it's ending as well?
  10. They were a good pairing but seems like something was missing. I think I'm more curious about where Bones goes next vs how JT does.
  11. I'll have to look it up to see what sort of affect it may have here. I know my wife mentioned it but not much else.
  12. I dunno if I agree. The shoes I have had for the last 8 years are still good. Sure I have replace insoles but they are good. I still have my bag from 2012, 2016, 2020 and this year and all are in good shape. Or maybe I am just lucky.
  13. As your set isn't that old I don't think you would notice that much of a different. You may see a bit of height difference, maybe. However given your set is traditional lofted or close to it I think most will show a bit of a difference. Loft may help distance a little bit, but I would be more interested in how it gets that distance (launch, spin and all that good stuff). If you stay with traditional style irons I don't suspect you will see that much difference. Now if you are going to players distance or something bigger like that then maybe we will see some larger changes.
  14. We have a few articles produced by forum staff hit the main site today! https://mygolfspy.com/news-opinion/where-to-watch-the-masters/ Thanks @GolfSpy SAM As well as another one of my breakdown series - https://mygolfspy.com/news-opinion/titleist-irons-model-by-model/

  17. I was largely unfamiliar with the brand and never really looked into them until I was tasked to do an article on Launch Monitors. What I found was pretty impressive. Good pricing, reasonable annuals and good ratings for MGS. For all you users out there with them, what do you think or yours? What do you like, what would you like to see improved? What model do you have? Why this over others?
  18. You can use the traditional method as well, but the air is certainly quicker. It is also a lot more difficult to remove and replace when using a traditional method.
  19. I've tried to do various comparisons over the years but it's really hard given the change which was made to signing up for tests. That happened sometime in 2021 and for about a year (maybe a little more) reviews were also posted within this platform. It created separation between the forum posts which are counted and all the member testing posts. There are essentially eras for the forum with the beginning being from 2010 to early 2016. This saw some growth but was a slower period. From 2016-19 there was more growth and many of the things that are here today come from this era. 2020 was it's own beast for obvious reasons then the 2021-2022 was another separate era with well a lot. From 2023 on is what I would consider the current era. I don't know the whole history of the forum as I have only been here since 2016, but have definitely seen my fair share of ups and downs within the forum. Where we are now is certainly a fantastic high which I hope continues!
  20. For me the answer is no - it is part of their claim with their technology that they use to make them. That said this has only been my experience with a couple of times.
  21. I think what I do in the golfing industry is wonderful..get to interact with all of you, different companies and just enjoy the golfing equipment world!
  22. Oh and my first ever club was from a company called Jazz golf. Graphite shafted pitching wedge. Was a go to club for the longest time!
