Not sure if the tile will influence it. Really depends on how deep the areas between tiles are. My guess is that it wouldn't make any difference though. It doesn't work well on carpet at all. Mine sits on hardwood floor and I use it a ton. I've had a 12x4 for about 5 years now. Especially good in cold weather areas for the winter blues. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

I've been fit at Club Champion twice... With 4 years and a bunch of golf lessons in between. I loved the experience and learned a lot in the process. I like that I can take my specs and go elsewhere to get them built. This allows me to buy the pieces and have a high quality builder put it together for much much less than CC charges. It also allows me to bypass the "Puring" expense that they push. You can't beat the desk they usually have in December and January. Full bag fitting is great... Thinking about Edison wedges. The guy that was behind the Scor wedges, which I play now, started Edison and I definitely am interested. I have looked at so many wedges out there and nothing seems to compare to my Scor's in size and feel. Tried the zipcore, but I'm not having much luck with it on full swings. I walk 95% of my rounds and I picked up the E-Wheels V2 a month ago and have been using that a lot. Today I went to the range to practice, but a couple of guys I normally play with were there and they were going to play. I had left my cart at home so I decided I would carry. I haven't carried in probably four or five years because of back and shoulder issues. But apparently carrying suits me well because I shot 34 with three birdies. Considering it was 46° in 20 plus mile an hour winds I was pretty happy with that. I don't like picking up and setting down the bag as that is a bit rough on my body, but I did enjoy the round. I've never had to use their warranty as my V3 is 5 years old and still going strong. But I would say that didn't shed a very good light on them. Really struggling with this wedge in full shots. Ball is not going as far as my other 58* wedge. Chipping around the green is a struggle. Ball doesn't want to come off the face as I expect it to. I don't want to take super aggressive motions for a 20 yard chip/pitch. That's really the hard part for me. If I don't hit this hard on chips, it doesn't go anywhere.... But it's extremely easy to get out of the rough. Two sides I'm weighing heavily. No extra backspin. Seems to hit and stop on most shots, Which is pretty typical for me. I've played a couple rounds since I last posted. I've been chipping a LOT on my birdieball green with the 58*. Really trying to get used to hitting the non-rough shots with the 58 as I've struggled with it. Pitches and shots between 50-85 yards continue to be great. Still can't really feel whether it's a good shot or not... Just a muted feel for me. Another 18 tomorrow! Private country club so I'll have some fun conditions to play on with it. Well I spent about 40 minutes chipping and pitching in the sunshine and heat today. I'm still struggling to get my expected distance and flight from the 58*. It really gets the ball up in the air quickly... No matter what type of pitch/chip I'm trying to hit. I can flight my Scor 58*, but not this one. That low, runner from about 15 yards is about darn near impossible. [emoji1745] I know that may not seem like a big deal but I normally chip from just off the green with my 58*, where most folks are putting. Didn't get any full swings in as the heat was a bit much after my chipping and pitching session. Hopefully 9 holes tomorrow.... Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

So I decided last night to start chipping with my 58* on my birdieball green. I think the tight lie will help me with the far less successful chipping than I'm used to. Gotta get used to the bigger, more rounded head... With a little more bounce. I definitely was hitting a few thin as my miss. Not sure if that's the bounce kicking it back up off the floor or what. We'll give it more tries this afternoon. On another note, the club face definitely sits more square for me. Easier to square up I feel. And on full swing shots, my miss is a few yards right, whereas my Scor wedge, it is a pull left. Not sure why this is the case... But I like eliminating a pull hitting wedge. Muted feel.... And yeah, certainly could be the design that makes it different. Just a different type of wedge than I'm used to I'm sure. Used to the blade like wedges. As a feel player, I love the feedback I'm used to getting with a good or poor shot. It's an interesting question though....
