UpInTheAir10
I was gaming an old Taylormade burner hybrid and recently made the switch to the mavrik 3h. However, I’ve been slicing it like crazy. I’m around a 4/5 hc and I’ve never had a club so “unhittable”. Anyone have similar issues or recommendations on what the problem could be? Both clubs have stiff shafts and same length. The mavrik is 18 degrees vs my old one which was 19 degrees. Even trying to play a big draw it just won’t stop going straight right hahaha. Doesn’t seem broken/damaged and the face sounds fine. Northern Monkey
I play a Mavrik 3 hybrid and do admit it does have a tendency to go right. Occasionally it goes straight but I normally just account for the left to right swing in my aim. This was part of today’s round, so it is possible to get it straight. Nick_D
I have mavrik 4 & 5 hybrids and agree they go left to right for me. I really like that for my own game as I know I'll never miss left. It could potentially be a shaft issue too? Maybe you could try something that has a bit more of a 'kick' in the tip?
