How far from Newark are you? It might be worth a drive. I did from Akron a few years ago just to test drive some shafts before I bought them.

Played my first round of the season at San Carlos in Estero FL yesterday. Beat up my FIL pretty good but I sort of expected that, and he rode the back 9 but didn't play. I ended up with a 45/42 87 with 32 putts.

Sounds like a smart thought. If you're interested in graphite iron shafts, take a look at the Recoils. Great shaft at about $25 each. Also the Project X Even Flow series for woods and hybrids can be had for about $110 a piece and are a great shaft if they fit your swing profile.

My scale didn't move, much to my disappointment. However, I'm sticking to my treadmill twice a day and push ups, which I now do before and after the treadmill both times.

I did 2.25 miles yesterday arvo and 2 miles at 3.6mph this morning on the treadmill, along with 10 pushups after each walk (gotta start small!). So, that looks like my routine for the foreseeable future.

Well, that didn't last long. I have to give up the T25 and get back on the treadmill as my hips are done. I suspect my arthritis is making itself comfortable in my hips because it loves my knees and hands so much. So, I'm going to cool it with that, hit the treadmill and total gym for a few weeks and hit the T25 again to see what happens.

I was intrigued by the Even Flow line I took a punt and got one for my M5 and have been very very happy with it. I love it so much I was happy to see it was an option in the Tour Edge hybrid I was chosen to test. It performed in the hybrid as well as it did in the driver, so much so, when I ordered my @GolfSub70 3 wood, I got it in that as well. So, you can see I'm a convert. But, I'd get fit rather than go out on a limb like I did. Now to try my luck with the new Riptide.

No, you can't. I started my T25 last week and everything hurt. Now in week 2, nothing is that sore...you'll get used to it.

Sydney and the suburbs of. Mum and her husband just sold their house in the southern suburbs and are moving to the south west suburbs. So, that's where I'll stay for the trip.
