A new Procella golf umbrella. Know nothing about them but they have pretty good reviews on Amazon. I don't play in the rain but I use it at work when I walk the parking lot 4 times a day for exercise.

Rick, From what I can see you have to have the watch paired to your phone in order for it to work but there's a free Go Play membership. I don't know if that is what you're after but it was all I could find.

I've been fluctuating but my weigh in this morning had me the same as @Rickp...205. I need to go lower because I have my annual physical in about 2.5 weeks.

I hear you about the snow. I don't understand why people think that just because they have a 4WD they can drive like it's the middle of summer...I see you in a ditch or in the centre divider buddy!

The insurance adjuster came and went...the downed tree is going and we're getting a new fence. We'll have enough left over to get rid of the other tree at the same time, plus a bit of mad money. We're both pretty happy today.

Well, insurance is being involved now because it's on the house and took out part of the fence. It it just landed in the backyard, I'd deal with it but it broke stuff so that's why we pay them. Looks like I "might" be able to brew a beer on Monday now.

Thanks Tony. I personally am not going to miss the tree, in fact, it's twin will be removed in the spring as they're Bradford pears and everything about them is bad...they don't drop the leaves until January, they grow fast so they grow weak and they drop limbs and fall over when they get this big. We had major wind here yesterday and that's what took it out.

Further to my rant thread, here are pics of the carnage. I'm going to ring my insurance company because it damaged the fence and the house "may" have gotten it as well. FYI, there were 4 conifers taken down by the tree as well.

Here's my rant...earlier this year, half of one of the Bradford pears came down onto the back patio and I had to take a day off to clean it up. This morning while eating breakfast we heard several loud cracking noises followed by a big thump...yep, the rest of that bastard came down. Nothing got hit this time and I guess it'll save me the money of having it removed but I really wanted to brew another batch of beer on Monday, not clean up a tree.
