I got yelled at when I spoke to my youngest daughter back home last night...I'm afraid when she turns 18 next year she'll tell me she doesn't want any contact any more. At least my eldest hasn't wiped me yet.

The past 2 days have been spent fixing my truck...pulling out the tank and replacing the fuel pump, remove and install a new fan clutch and replace a broken rear upper control arm. Today the boy and I got our wigs busted and I've mowed the lawn, so now it's beer, lots and lots of beer for the rest of the long weekend.

Up and down the past few weeks, which is discouraging, but I just weighed in at 202.8. So at least I'm heading in the right direction again.

50/51, just stunk it around the course. Hopefully I can start getting things going because I'm excited about actually getting to play golf on the weekends now.

800 might be good for a quick fix but it's not really healthy. This is the general guideline. Just be careful with extreme diets.

Need to spend more time and money on my truck, but this will be the biggest project yet. Have to drop the tank to change the fuel pump...they rust on the top and start releasing vapor.
