  1. Exactly. I'm in my second week of doing to total gym and I hurt, but it's a good hurt.
  2. I think the AUS badge doesn't count towards the total or maybe it's the Donor badge.
  3. In the vault out back that we don't have access to...ask @GolfSpy STUDque what you want and if it's there you should get it.
  4. I think combined total we got close to 9". I did the driveway yesterday at about 4.30 and there was about 3". This morning took me close to 1 1/2 hours and it was close to 6". This sucks!
  5. We are going to get shat on from a great height starting at about 11 this morning and continuing until about 4 Monday morning. Guesses are anywhere between 6" and 30"...time to hunker down.

  8. Did my second workout this morning and it was harder than Monday but worth it.
  9. Good luck in your endeavor Pastor! Personally, I'm hoping to get mine down by playing a lot more that I have been because of my membership. Oh, and a new driver.
  10. @tommc23 so far so good with the inversion table. While you don't feel your vertebrae separating, I find it relaxing hanging upside down for a few minutes. I think I'll do it in the morning and at night before I go to bed.
  11. Today I started working out on the Total Gym. Got up at 5 and did 2 sets of 12 reps for each exercise with the incline set at about 50%. For those of you that may scoff at the height and small number of reps, this thing WILL give you a workout, especially if you're concentrating on proper form. Right now, I'll do 3 times a week, just the upper body. I walk, on average, over 10,000 steps per day, and if you've seen my calves you know why I'm not doing legs at the moment.
  12. You could have stopped there for me, we don't have GPAs in Australia and I really have no clue what it's all about. Just give me an A, B, C etc or % and I'll be fine. Believe me, I am.
  13. Connors report card came in and he's now a straight A student, 3.97GPA, whatever that means.
  14. Full set of Pure DTX grips. Have to get them on before the clubs leave for Florida at the end of the month.

  16. I'm happy I'm not as blind as I could be, +1.25 cheaters have been ordered. I have 20/20 for long distance vision. My first day of bat training was a success. I found hanging upside down for a couple of minutes relaxing.
  17. Well, last couple of planks have been 90 seconds and I'm hoping to go 2 minutes by the end of the week.
  18. I'm up to 1 minute, although I think I could go longer.
  19. Bought this for my back as suggested by my chiropractor...I'm going to practice being a bat!
  20. Then you get nothing because you already have something most of us don't...and you'll like it!
  21. Did my first plank last night, held it for between 30 and 60 seconds before the shakes got me.
