  1. I know this is the Dawg's thread, but this is a great deal...Triton Driver for $150. https://www.budgetgolf.com/wilson-staff-triton-driver.html?sku=412351353078
  2. And the obligatory, "did it come with a bowl of soup?" question.
  3. Silver and Kenny, Sorry to hear about both your losses.
  4. Too many beers to count and then some Apple Pie...my head is a bit delicate this morning.
  5. Mine's an 02 LTZ with 159,XXX and goes great. I have to change the front hubs next week because one of them is starting to growl...the problems of being lifted.

    Cooking

I cook from scratch a lot...even have my own blog (which I haven't updated in a while). I do Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Greek, some American like sausage gravy, and quite a few Australian foods that you can't get here, like Australian beef sausages, meat pies, sausage rolls, pavlova. I also make a quick and dirty Apple Pie Shine. I'm smoking a butt on Saturday for pulled pork on my home built UDS. All that and brewing beer and vinting wine as well.
  7. If you ever need any help with your Trailblazer, check out GMTNation.com Great group of guys with years and years of knowledge on the GMT360.
  8. You fellas with the flapper valve problem in your dunny. If the chain that lifts it keeps getting caught on itself and leaves it open (like mine was doing) replace the chain with some Spiderwire fishing line...no more problems.
  9. Don't keep secrets mate, which one?
  10. Not a fan of Brandywine. Last time I played there the tee boxes were really, really bad. I'm not 100% sure if I've played there or not, but leaning towards not.
  11. Where did you play? Ever need a partner, give me a yell.
  12. It's available as an app in the iTunes App store.
  13. A couple of us Ohio boys got together at Bent Tree yesterday. Played the front 9 terribly, for a 57. I played the back better with a 46, but it was disappointing. What can you expect for not practicing and not having played since Fathers Day.
  14. How'd you go on the Bermuda Triangle?
  15. Thanks mate. I do almost all of our car repairs, because it saves a lot of money and I like doing it.
  16. My rant...bloody cars. Chanin's Rav has been making a squeaking noise for the past 6 months and no amount of my getting under it and shaking things can point me to what it is. Being an 02 with 112,XXX on it, I thought the shocks may have been the culprit, so I ordered new fronts and rears last week. I put the rears on yesterday morning, snapping the lower passengers bolt in the process. I got the rest of the bolt out using an easy out (YAY, they don't normally work for me) ran down to O'Reilly's but they didn't have the right one. Went to Lowes armed with the correct bolt info and got one there for the princely sum of $1.64. Back home, got everything buttoned up, backed it out of the driveway to take it for a test drive and the squeak was still there. I got out and gave it a good shake, could still hear the squeak. Got Chanin to rock the car (c'mon, it's a Rav 4 not my truck) while I got under it to try and finally pinpoint the noise...I did. The rear passengers spring is broken right at the top perch. So, now I need to order new rear springs for the damn thing.
  17. I went to Windmill Training center with my son yesterday morning and we shared a medium bucket before going onto their 2 club course. They 3 9's that you can choose from that you only use a wedge and putter. Had a good time with him and he learned a lesson in not giving up.
  18. I have to go in to Lowes this arvo, even though they sent today's truck yesterday. We are going to be doing busy work for about 2 hours because they won't let us have the day off. They're the Walmart of hardware stores.
