Mate, no manufacturing. Electric company, one of the largest in the country. I looked after the security for the line shops in Ohio and Western PA, by myself. Yeah, it was tough. Took me 2 years to find another job at half what I was making. Wow!

Just eating smarter really. More fiber and avoiding processed food as much as possible...although the occasional trip to a restaurant still happens.

Worked on my truck for 5 solid hours today and accomplished sweet FA. Worse yet, it had to be towed to the mechanic that I use when things don't go right. I'm going to bed.
