if you're new to golf it certainly makes things easier. I shot my lowest round ever with a set.

Toss them in the corner of my basement and say I'm going to take some pictures and post them for sale.  Then move them from one corner to the next every 6 months when I clean the basement 😆

Center Face contact w/ the driver.
3 min of no ball, swinging through a tee gate about width of driver head.  Then removed tee gate and hit 10 balls taking regular driver swings.
    1st pic after 5 shots, 2nd after 10 shots

I am don't feel I have an issue. My lofts are as follows: 5i is 24* and 4 degree gaps thru 9i, (9i is 40*) then 5 degree gaps 9-LW (60*)
based on carry about a 12-14 yrd gap thru the bag.
From my research on the subject, gapping becomes an issue for the lower lofted irons if the players swing speed is on the lower end.  Can't compensate for the shorter shaft length as well.

Thanks.  Long story short, I was getting back into golf after a 20 year hiatus and the single length was interesting to me.  I found a set used of Wishon Sterling single lengths on eBay for ~$400 and really liked them.  Tom Wishon (who if you Google appears to be the godfather of club making and club fitting) rolled out a 2nd gen version so I check'ed them out, went to a local fitter near me and here we are.  Ha
I did try the Cobra single length and did not like them nearly as much.  I think with single lengths it is import to work with a good fitter to make sure gapping and weighting is appropriate.
I just responded above what I think some advantages for me are.

For me makes what I call "divot location" much easier. One less variable of the big 4. (Strike Location, Face Angle, Path Direction, Divot location)
I think there is also a level of confidence that goes along with having consistency of setup.
Might be a stretch but an ancillary benefit of being easier to warm up before a round.  Grab a 9 iron or 5 iron... same thing.  Leaves more time to warm up dialing in the feels on wedge shots, chipping around the green.

First I have seen them.  Interesting. I think a lot comes down to having a good fitter to be able to look at your numbers and find the right combinations that work for your individual swing.  Golf is very much mental, so if its something that gives a player confidence versus make them second guess or "feel funny cause its different than what I am used to", they will take better swings.
