I'm in. 3 foot Birdie putt on #14, Blue Course, Par 3, yesterday in that cold Pennsylvania wind. Actually squeaked by the hole for a moment, but then the wind blew it back down the hill for the bird!

@fozcycle@Golfspy_TCB Hey Guys. My tee times for yesterday and today both got cancelled due to the ground still being frozen so I won't be able to play my match for the tourney. Sucks because it's been blue sky's and a comfortable 45 degrees too both days. If there is a single still out there, maybe not too late to swap teams around for @fozcycle?

I've got a tee time tomorrow and Wednesday booked. Last of the snow should melt today and a real feel of 39 at teeoff tomorrow is in store but its golf in November so can't complain !! Anyone still need a partner for the Turkey Shoot? I'm a 12 handicap playing our Winter Course which plays at 6753 yards and a par 74.

Staying a night in October at the JW Marriott in Summerlin. I had one round in 2020 adjusted for PCC. It was a huge group (4 hours worth of 4-some tee times) of us played on a pretty tough course, most of us for the 1st time, and all GHIN registered golfers, so I think the shear volume of rounds being higher than normal scores that day contributed to it. Must have benefited any members that played outside of our group that day! It showed up as a 2.0 in the app

Thanks for all the info guys. I came to the forum asking the exact same questions. Have been getting better over the past couple of years so decided to get an official USGA handicap this year. Just logged two scores so far this year (PA just re-opened) and was surprised to see my first round had no PCC adjustment. I thought it was extremely gusty that day, and was hoping to see the adjustment, but I guess that just means I didn't handle the wind as well as other handicap scores that came in on that date I'd be curious to query a course's PCC #'s over a time frame and see it looks like in general? Like how many days was the PCC over 0, and then look to see if you could determine any attributes that caused that (weather, wind, etc.)?

Pennsylvania just did a soft opening for Trout Season with a message to continue social distancing when doing so. This has prompted a push to let us golf in the state as well. Local 36 hold Golf Course just announced closing until early April. It's run by the local University, which is closed as well. Golf was the one thing I was hoping to do during these times

Really enjoyed watching this event last year on TV. Put in for tickets in the lottery but didn't get them. May be traveling through the area that weekend and try to find a ticket outside to get on the grounds at Augusta. Anyone else go for tickets and get them? Anyone else planning on attending?

Thought I was special too, but now I think it's more like Ticketmaster's Verified Fan and Code program than an actual lottery. Either way, I'm in the queue!! Was looking at over events that weekend to try to hit too as I'm only going for Saturday tickets. Wisconsin is away @ Michigan Football but the Cardinals @ Cubs all weekend if your flying into Chicago.

Curious if you were still using this? I hadn't used mine in a couple years and wanted to compare some of my metrics now to then. When I went to load the app on my new phone, it's now Zepp and says it's discontinued. Just wondering if you are still using this and it works with the new Zepp app?

I used to travel to Sharon, PA for work a lot and played this course a few times. Hotels within 1/2 mile of the course and all of it not more than 1/2 mile off I-80. You can also head downtown Sharon and eat at the original Quaker Steak & Lube.

Started working with a new customer that has me traveling along I-84 into Western Connecticut then up I-91 into the Hartford, Springfield, Northampton area to work in Amherst, MA. Starting to look at what golf courses I should target to play both along the way and when I'm in the Northampton and Amherst, MA area for the week. Would love to hear any suggestions.
