  1. Eating has been iffy the past couple days so up a couple pounds but still a good bit down overall which is great. Getting back to it and looking forward to a warm run once this rain lets up. Next week could be the first one in a t-shirt.
  2. Late/Early will always be tough for him given recovery time. Ended up being even worse with the delay and now playing basically 23 holes straight as they have about 45 minutes between rounds. Needs a solid round to make it.
  3. such thin lines at the Masters though they ended up in the same spot.
  4. Aldo reading that article on Bryson's irons they have bulge on them (no mention of roll) which is just wild to think about adding that to an iron. Though it it helps toe side miss I tend to have I would take that.
  5. Was about to say the same thing. I love seeing it as just what seems like a good guy who has worked through ups and downs to get here. Always more interesting when guys like him our in it. Though in the bunker on 18 so some work to do. Long way to go.
  6. Good morning all! Was a nice start to the Masters and enjoyed taking in what I could of the first round. Sounds like today could be pretty windy so it could get interesting. Still rainy and dreary in my neck of the woods, but thankfully this is the last day of that. Looking forward to more Masters today and a weekend after a bit of a long week. Have a great Friday and weekend everyone!
  7. Not ready to dive in all the way to OP super flexy quite yet, but did move down to a Tensi Blue AV 55 S which is down a flex and down in weight by at least 10 grams might be 12. Looking forward to taking it out for the first round I have on Sunday.
  8. This hole look just uninspiring and the type that makes people not want to play. There is no strategy, no chance of recovery. Hit it here or else you will be making at least 5. I will still never truly understand the penal school of golf architecture.
  9. Here's hoping that is the case, nothing better than finding a recall that gets it covered. I had this happen with my car last year. I just got lucky that I googled the issue for my car and it suggested searching it will recall and sure enough there was a recall and got it taken care of at the dealership. Would make for a nice Master's week present.
  10. Good Morning all! Masters Thursday is finally here (even if things are going to be a bit delayed), I have my first round scheduled for 7am Sunday, now if it was not going to be cool and rainy the next couple days that would be a real plus. Can't win them all but in this case 2 out of 3 is not bad. Have a great Thursday everyone!
  11. These came out awesome and well done for your first go around. Sounds like you have the itch now for more club building!
  12. Good morning all! Yesterday was just an absolutely beautiful day here. Bright sunny skies and in the 60s. Kids ended up being outside for about 7 hours and I was able to join them for the last 4 or so once work was done which was beautiful. @russtopherb glad things have worked out, and hopefully there are a few pennies left over for some golf too. Back to grinding through report errors for about 8 hours, rinse and repeat lately. At least there will be more Masters coverage to fill the next three days! Have a great Wednesday everyone!
  13. That you @TSauer for more experienced advice I have never done a club build myself.
  14. Good luck looking forward to seeing how the build turns out!
  15. That happened to me while ago on a commute and was not going to make it home. Thankfully a co-worker pulled some strings at a local garage and got it replaced same day so I could get home. Hope its and easy fix.
  16. That is a tough spot and yes people drive like crazy these days. Getting back to NH from VT for the eclipse there were some questionable decisions made drivers.
  17. Stay safe and hope your car is ok both from the traffic and whatever caused the breakdown in the first place.
  18. Good morning all! Loving all the eclipse stories. We were not able to get many great pictures but @jbern nailed it. Thanks for sharing. @berkeleybob I hope your wife feels better soon. The drive home from the solar eclipse was something else. Winding through VT back roads bumper to bumper with a bunch of people from Mass and CT was wild. I am not sure those drivers knew those roads existed until their GPS said it was the fastest way given the traffic. We only had about an extra 30 minutes added to the commute so not too bad. Now back to work with some issues that need sorting out quickly given some reporting is off. Ah the fun of transitioning IT systems.
  19. I was nervous here too but only really thin layer of clouds so we could see it all. It was awesome and then with the thin clouds we got a rainbow in the clouds in a ring around the sun. Was worth the trip!
  20. Cut line will be +1 with the low am being Cristo Lampretch
  21. Good Monday morning all! Made it to Burlington for our eclipse viewing this afternoon with clear skies in the forecast should be a good time. Also have my wife made eclipse t-shirt on for the day. Otherwise have to work and get that moving along. Had a nice weekend otherwise and enjoyed some warm weather with some bike riding and relaxing. Congrats @GolfSpy BOS on the new position and @sirchunksalot glad you are feeling better! Have a great day everyone!
  22. That is the shaft I went with and have really enjoyed. Looking forward to see what you think.
  23. Thanks for the offer, I don't really drink but I have heard good things about the area for those that like a good beer.
  24. Well you should have told me that earlier I have already arranged quite the protest up here. Lots of politely but sternly worded signs from many Vermonters were being made.
  25. I can try not sure they will listen. What are we fighting for, do I need some sights and banners to make the point?
