Did my last day of practice/driver testing before I shut it down for a month to let the shoulder heal... been battling a torn labrum in the right shoulder. Anyways, worked on standing closer to the ball (noticed in a MLM video I was starting to reach at address). So I basically stand uncomfortablly close (Furyk close) to make sure I'm rotating my lower half to clear my body through the ball and come inside to the ball. I was able to get a really good feel with my irons and had some good drives with the Sub 70 and SIM 2. Very happy with the swing right now... just wish I could get out a play a few times to capitalize on it!

So would an Evenflow riptide be considered in the same neighborhood? -
So you’re telling me only one person is interested in the 2020 most wanted mid swing speed winner and the patriotic version at that… https://mygolfspy.com/2020-most-wanted-the-best-drivers-for-mid-swing-speeds/ I know most people embellish on their stats but I know most people on here fall into that category…

I’m the opposite…

We’ll it’s super consistent and has great forgiveness, I just got the sub 70 from a test and the cobra just launches to high for my swing with some of the changes I’ve made this year. Let me know whenever. I’ll dm if I have any other offers to give you first right of refusal
-
Sounds good, I’m a motivated seller so pm me with an offer when you’re ready

sorry it’s attached to the head still

The Evenflow black does. I would have the RIPTIDE adapter swapped if that’s the preferred shaft

Yeah he does lessons at the range a d will do some on course stuff. He’s just super relaxed and simplifies the golf swing. If you want someone super technical and obsessed with the trackman swing he’s not your guy. But for me as a pretty decent athlete and a feel player he’s awesome. I went from struggling to break 90 to low 80s after a bundle of lessons… and he’s affordable.

I love that you’re waiting for shipping, it’s probably going to leave your town to be processed then will come back in two days

Bought a SIM 2 head off the other forum… been testing the Sun 70 driver and have really liked it’s pop compared to my cobra, but since the Sub 70 uses a TM adapter I figure I should at least have a TM head lying around too… I may have a problem lol

You could probably want in and grab it!

You’ll want to get that fight down for bandon! So jealous that you get to go! I went last year and it was amazing! Also I did the same thing with my 699 pros, went to the kbs 120 after having that same issue with my ball flight being too high. They swapped them out no problem.

You know about my guy in Salem Alan Reese, I think he’s great and makes things simple. But that may be too long a drive for you.
-
Glad it’s working out! It really is an explosive club! Got to say the driver is more of the same! Check out our progress with the test on the testing thread! Test In-Progress: Sub70 849 Pro Driver - Page 4 - MyGolfSpy Forum

Recommendations for a Driving Iron

I have the Sub 70 699U pro in my bag and have been very happy with it. I think you can demo it as well from them. I used to have the previous Cobra DI and the Sub 70 is much better IMO -

you need to do less thinking! lol -
Wow, they're not that much different from the regular Pro V1's lol

370% mark up seems pretty steep...

Close your club head at address. Take a shorter back swing. Get your hand in front of the ball at contact. The swing controls the ball flight, not the club.

That looks more like your swing speed! Also, I thought you're from Wisconsin!? Isn't 40 degrees is a warm day in those parts
