Took a few swings with the Apex DCBs in stock form at Golf Galaxy this morning...and loved them. I think it is time for a fitting. Edit: I actually went back to Jason at Sub70 with my stats (never had them before) to finish out his recommendation 699/699 Pro combo set with KBS Tour 120 Stiff. Decision time.

I picked up some of the previous gen Maxfli Tours at the end of last season and really liked them. This thread made me aware of the 4 dozen for $104 deal and now a box is sitting at Golf galaxy waiting for me to pick them up.

After not pulling the trigger on anything last year (except a used Sub70 hybrid), I am again looking at replacing Driver and irons, and wedges. I played my first round of the new season on President's day. Irons needed a lot of work (often leaving the club face open sending many right). Driver was off too. Hit the range yesterday with my son to work on fixing things. Irons dramatically improved with respect to squaring the the club face. Also got my fluidity back with the driver. All-in-all a good day at the range.

Nice summary! I started Sepp thinking that he would have a good chance to make the cut. Overtaking Berger on Sunday was not in my plans. I did hope Lowry would carry my squad this week and he delivered.

I'm excited for The Genesis this week because I will have DJ, Rory, and Leishman all playing at the same time for once. Hopefully Hoge stays hot and Pieters makes some noise!

Miami actually gutted out a win over a decent NC State team. That made my weekend. We have Pitt next who has looked solid as well. Living in Winston-Salem, the excitement regarding Wake is all around and growing by the week. I think Cincy will win out and I think that should earn them a playoff spot, but we will see. The Baltimore Pass defense is another factor, it completely shut down the high-flying Chargers last week. I can see the edge to Julio based on that if he is healthy.

Both Julio and Higgins have played 4 games this season. Higgins has outperformed Julio in 4 games due to a couple of TDs. The chance of a shootout in KC does add additional upside. Its hard though with Tennessee's heavy focus on running the ball. Julio: 15 receptions, 263 yards, 0 TDs Higgins: 18 receptions, 194 yards, 2 TDs

I hear you, but when you consider that Tee has had more than 3 receptions in 3 of 4 games he has played, it may also suggest more upside.
