That’s a fair point. It is the PGA of America, not PGA Worldwide.

The wrap around tour has had a massive impact on the Australian tour. I'm absolutely no fan of LIV and the Saudi government, but the PGA does very little for golf anywhere else in the world.

some people are tired of reading the posts about liv golf  ( not me , it is a liv golf thread ) , if it was a threat about people hating phil mickelson i would not read it .
people do know liv vs pga tour is the biggest golf news in a long time and it will be going on more and more as the pga tour improves the lives of their players and liv picks up more players  , as liv expands to more teams .
i am not crazy about liv picking up college golfers , very bad idea . getting puig will not help liv in no way .

things to think about , pga tour has 4 top players that are weak links to go liv .
matsuyama 300mil and liv play one a year in japan -- rahm 300mil and play one a year in spain --hovland 200mil --cantley 200 mil .
for liv to improve its image  , give every place they have a event give the local charity 5 million

  put things in perspective  , i watched jack win the 1964 phoenix open , he made $7500 , at that time i made $5000 a yr workings on radar at a defence plant , so jack made 1.5x more than i did in a year , now days if someone makes $80000/yr and a pga player wins a tournament and makes $1.5mil  thats 18 times .
so just play the game , make the money no matter where or who you play for .

i really like watching liv golf , watched them all , also love the 56 holes , shotgun and team ,   even perez had a good round , brooks koeka's brother tied him , 
mickelson has started and played a total 10 rounds (180 holes ) with liv , he has not been under par yet on any day  , can't make a put anymore , still love to watch him play , he is so much better than the way he's playing on liv 
maybe tomorrow he will get under par and help the team , they are in ist place , they play 2 best scores again saturday , sunday. they use the 3 best team scores  .

mickelson will  have a good score today , wearing shorts like at asu 

i know phil  ( like all pros do ) keeps a lot of records and notes on every round he has played , like the irons and woods and putters he used through the years
now that callaway has him on hold since feb he should look back at the clubs he played best with and give them a try , i sure he has 25-30 sets .
i don't keep notes like that but i try to remember the ones i liked , in the last 5 years i have had at least 5-8 newer drivers/irons / putters from different mfrs that i have bought and did not like , i always end up going back to my srixon z355 irons and cobra f7+ driver , i do use a tm  bandon 3 putter that i really like ..
like i said phil should practice 90% of his shots hitting the ball straight , that's the hardest thing  in golf to do , fades and draws are easy unless you are a couple degrees off as we all know what  happens  then , ask phil .
i am a triple 85 golfer-- age 85 , swing speed on a good day 85 , score on 6000 -6200 course 85 or under .
5 hio in tournaments 165-185-200-220-225
 

Phils been playin like that the last year when he’s not on the champions tour. It is who Phil is now.
