I agree with the above who said as you age, your hobbies change. I am 55 now, so the biking I do is less vertical hills and more flat trails.  I play many musical instruments since I’m a band director,
but lately what’s really got my creative juice going is photography. I mostly shoot landscapes, and golf courses are some of my favorites.

    Congrats to the testers!
I’d be interested to hear/read how it stacks up against Garmin golf in particular.  Have fun tinkering.

I use a Garmin watch for the majority of the round. I’ve worn one for three seasons now and it has my club distances pretty much down save for wind variance.   I’ll use my range finder for the approach shot to the green. My home course is a target golf course so I can honestly say it’s safer to pin seek just to keep your ball out of water.

That's what I think everyone deserves at the core of it all. Unbiased help from someone who's genuinely curious to help you find your best swing tools. Thanks for the recommendation. Highland Park is close enough for me.

I've been thinking about this all winter.
I played a poorly fit TS2 Driver for 3 years and finally walked into a PGA Superstore last spring and pulled a Demo sale TSi3 out of a barrel and had immediate improvement with it.  So I bought it & it has served me well. But again, not perfectly.
I thought living in Chicagoland it would be easy to find a well-known "Trusted" fitter to use but I have come up empty-handed.  Google has come up short on in-depth reviews.  I honestly thought I was gonna have to start a whole thread on the forum to get some names sent my way because I can't find any names or instances that aren't big box store related.
So, If anyone wants to send me the name of a good driver fitter and a putter fitter North of Chicago up into Lower Wisconsin I'm all ears!
    Thanks

That's the kind of stuff I like to hear, thanks! Now I wish we Golf-Spies had a Map to click on for goods/services in our respective areas. Wouldn't that be slick?

Morning all! (well, it's 11.24pm here now, but close enough 😂)

Had a very relaxed Saturday, did some cleaning and got some paperwork sorted out this morning, put a brisket on, and went and tried out the new golf sim room at my local range with a couple mates. Got home, turned the brisket into a chilli, and watched movies all afternoon/night with the wife. Today was a good day 🙂

I usually play the Titleist Tour Speed at my course since there is water on 15/18 holes. That way I don't have to cry when I "donate" a few.
I've been working on a simulator quite a bit this winter and am impressed with the results I'm getting using the TP5 Pix ball.  I may pick up a few dozen to test myself this spring. If all goes well, I could see buying in %100.
