I would imagine you can mix any of the clubs you want to as long as the gaps with Loft are what you want.  
I have the Srixon ZX5's and ZX7's and love the combo.  

Great read and showing the importance of matching clubs for the purpose.  I did the same with my set and it has built a confidence in my game with all of the irons in my bag.

The plus is definitely a fantastic unit! I have used it in fittings before and it was always very accurate. Eventually I hope to have one in my personal arsenal.

It really is a nice bag! Mine got a big cut in the front not sure if it was me tossing a club at it or if it was the pointy part of my grove brush but that didn’t stop it! Also like the hidden zipper leading to the bottom of the bag that the grips sit in! Incase balls tees or keys fall in the bag!

I played the Tour and Tour X this year (thanks @GolfSpy SAM!) and have to say that I also saw zero performance differences compared to ProV1/V1x. I did pick up a dozen left dash V1x at a Golf Galaxy grand opening recently on an absolute steal of a price, and will say that I prefer the feel of that ball to the Tour X. However, I will not be shelling out $55 a dozen for those, so once they are gone, they are gone. 
Shot my two lowest 9 hole rounds on back to back days WITH the same Tour X ball, so if that isn't enough to solidify how good they are, I'm not sure what is. Like @jdparker mentioned above, some just need to have that big name brand on the ball. I had a buddy say to me one round, "You're playing a Maxfli?" almost comically as if it didn't compare to whatever random Taylormade or Callaway ball he pulled out of his bag. Tossed him one and said, "hit your ball and then hit my ball and see which shot you want to play." The Tour X was a good 20 yards longer than the ball he was playing. He didn't mock me after that, continued playing that ball, then went and bought a dozen. Proof is in the pudding!

Ahhhh, I miss Fairfield Glade. Played most of the courses there when I lived closer and had a Wyndham time share there. It’s hard to pick a favorite. My son also went to TN Tech and I had to pass right by. So why not just stay there and drive up the road to see my son. Funny how things just happen to work out. 

This is next up on my list to try out. I should have jumped on the deal and ordered a couple.

... Tell me about it! I learned pretty quickly every bush in the desert has thorns and the tiny ones you don't even see might be the worst. Gotta be tough to survive the kind of temperatures Phoenix produces with little to no rain as well. So they all  protect themselves and I have learned unless my pard has a ball retriever, that ball stays in the bush!

I used to be in Litchfield Park (just moved in June), so playing mostly year round 9 dozen doesn't last the way it used to. Especially in that more desert landscape. They can get cut up pretty easily going through the desert-scape. That doesn't include the occasional lost ball in the cactus no one wants to dig for. 🤣
