I do the same as Josh. Set everything up in the FS app then go to E6. There are also sim settings in e6. Are you on the range for E6 or playing a course?

As Josh mentioned I had a similar problem with distance but mine was closer to across the board for all clubs not just driver. I was anywhere from 10-15 yards short with irons and about the same to slightly more short with the driver. What I found and what Josh, Mark, and myself have mentioned a few times is SETUP IS CRUCIAL! I do think the Mevo Plus reads slightly high on spin which will make a big difference the faster the club is swung. When we mention setup being crucial, it’s not just target alignment, distance from Mevo to ball, ball to screen, lighting, etc, it’s also your settings. I normally play in 75-100* weather with 70-90% humidity depending on the days and if you don’t manually set the Mevo plus weather to the same that can effect things. By moving my weather setting to 80* temp, 70-80% humidity, and elevation to my elevation of 1250’, I was able to get my distance back closer to what I normally see. I have also developed a fade swing tendency that I didn’t normally have which will add to spin. TL:DR Make sure to not only check the setup but also all the settings.

I was throwing darts. Back 9 however that jumped to probably over 25 resulting in a 2 over finish.

I play the left dash right now and it’s really good but expensive. My local guy keeps mentioning the staff model from Wilson. Says he can’t get it out the bag it’s that good. Haven’t tried it yet but might be worth a look

I’ve played plenty of irons over my years and for me Miura’s QPQ(QuenchPourQuench) had the best wear followed closely by the DLC(diamond like coating-Maltby DBM, Cobra FT). PVD will wear fairly quickly depending on soil type.

I’m glad the classifieds are back and clearly I’m not the only one but for those paying attention, The classifieds still have the same rules as before. Make sure you follow them as the ads I have checked so far have failed to follow them all.

There are 2 key technologies that I think are where this will shine. Obviously the LA Golf face has been there before but the defending loft technology is the best in the biz for me. Absolutely love the concept. The second is the 3D printing aspect. Unlike other putters this allows them to make intricate patterns and gives them the freedom to move weight around where other putters cannot.

Got the Agera RS-30 today. Looks amazing. Nice and compact. Can’t wait to roll it on the green instead of just the carpet. Feels really really good.

I can assure you mine are no bigger outside the head than TM’s adapter. I have also been using them for quite a long time without any breakage. That statement should have been followed with sarcasm or an “in your opinion” wording.

I’ve order from them before and even the used/excellent shape stuff came shrink wrapped for me.

Yes taylormade skips 4 in the tp5 balls and uses 5 because of the 5 piece ball instead of 4. I believe they started it as soon as they came out with it

This is correct for pxg and I missed the pxg part which is my bad. However it is only because pxg calls their upright position standard and standard “pxg” or flat compared to other adapters. Basically the heads are built to be inherently flatter lie angle to start with. Edit as apparently Ping and Srixon do the same thing.

Close. The 8* turned up to 9* will close the face as you mentioned but will make the lie more upright not flatter.

I can’t speak for other staff but I’ve never heard of the company. This sounds like a great opportunity for an unofficial review for a forum member to show their testing/reviewing chops

The only real way for this to happen is to increase spin everywhere else imo.

I’ll chime in here having hit both. I spent the greater part of last year(an eternity for me) playing the Paradym TD. I picked up a Smoke AI TD before release and hit it on the Mevo plus. The biggest question is what do you want improved between the 2. You mentioned toe strikes. For me the Smoke was more fade biased one center strikes than the Paradym which I d imagine would help a slight toe strike be less hooky. Ball speed, spin(Paradym a touch lower but not much all in all), look(matte vs gloss) are all close enough that the upgrade probably not worth it to most. The actual shape is almost exactly the same. If I owned both I’d game the Smoke as I prefer the look(color wise) but I traded it away for the Darkspeed LS and can’t complain one bit.

I have played the first cobra stingray-40 with the SIK face as well as the SIK Jo and DW. I love the DLT. My perfect putter would be the EV5.1 inline slant black with the DLT face. Since I can’t have it in one putter I’ll just have to live with the black ev5.1 AND the Agera RS-30 lol

Gonna bump this bad boy as I have an Agera RS-30 on the way from Cobra. Can’t wait
