While I don't think the Sub70 are in real danger of being knocked out of the bag I am super excited to have a set of Ping i e1 irons again. They will certainly get a shot to go back in the bag even if I may even look at the i230. Just something about Ping irons that I love. I don't often replace my irons, but I can now fully admit I go through phases where I have a few sets that go in and out till I settle in on one.

I appreciate the different finished sub 70 offers with their i. At least for be adds to the experience.

I'm hoping @GolfSpy_BOS will chime in with his latest experience. I've only played 2 rental sets and a couple borrowed. I'm fortune i travel a good amount, but almost always in winter. I've played a TM Jetspeed set in St. Lucia Sandals which I'll admit was fun. The driver was not, but the rest of the bag was good and i was pretty impressed with the condition. Now I'm a lefty so likely not used much. The other was further back and a cobra set. I couldn't hit driver for the life of me so just kept it in the bag and we'll my skill wad pretty poor at that point so don't recall too much outside of cobra and bad driver. The used sets were more fun. Random. Rounds with great ppl, I'm pretty sure I did a thread on one of them when I was in Scotland and the other one was TM MC which were fun!

Altho Randy does seem a little out of place in nlu i often really appreciate his comments. Some of my favorite courses and memories golfing are for the scenery or experience i had around the course or the people I've met along the way. I've been fortunate to play in several countries outside my home country and most all the mentors that stick out aren't for the golf itself but the other factors as mentioned.

Bidding completes tomorrow for the ping i E1 series near me. Oddly excited to see if I manage to snag them for a deal. If current bidding holds it would be cheaper than buying the shafts alone.

I think the same us true of many places. You'll have some fitters who are better than others or even some that are better with certain types of golfers vs others. Altho companies may follow similar policies from store to store they are likely to be very different experiences.

I mean if we are speaking truth a break means I post only 5 times a day and only spend 2 Hours on the forum not the 3 or more I normally do.

Update/apologies to all. We have several projects in the works, however all of us are in a busy period at the moment. We look to have some of them released in early 2023 with more to follow throughout the year. Included in this is a buy and sell platform and more. We will also be taking a bit of a break over Christmas period to enjoy time with family and friends (of course still around, but a bit of a breather. We are excited for 2023 and what we have coming to the forum in all aspects.

All great suggestions so far! Keep them coming! As for prize i have a few ideas. Badge of course could be made and it's an option.

It was boosted in our newsletter today so that certainly helps it get some added attention.

That last one was a bit abnormal. Due to a hiccup I had to replace and update the theme and while I did that I had to change the default so there was no issues during that time. After future updates this shouldn't be a issue.

For me not that much, however I do have a few new golfing friends who are relatively new to the game and with how it works here they need a hdcp or someone with one to basically look after them to make sure they are following the rules so we have had several discussions in that situation, however not much else.

Is there a coles notes for someone who may just want the most influential highlights that would affect the amateur golfer?

I have never seen the OG in person, but to my understanding they were a bit bigger (I'm thinking G700 type) so could be worth waiting for their Pro model to come out, however the style looks pretty nice. A little rounding from the face view? Did anyone else get that impression when looking at it? I would also kinda describe the look as industrial?

I have started to see a lot more of their stuff on Youtube and I'll admit while not my favorite they have certainly caught more of my attention. We don't have them here where I live, however seems like they have tons of options and are a good or decent place for anyone to go to.
