  1. I figured I should also add in that even going back several years you can find great clubs and great deals. It isn't or doesn't have to be just a year old. Drivers such as the G400 still hold up well and several iron models year over year hold up really well. Then 3 woods - or woods in general. So many of those are fantastic clubs year and years later on!
  2. I remember seeing the tee peg drill a bunch with Hideki last year or maybe the year before. Interestingly I can't say I have tried that. I still love my puttout and do most of my practice with that.
  3. Thanks to everyone for joining, was great fun as always and just an enjoyable time. Would have loved to stay on longer but needed to crash. Been a long week of moving and still have another 4 days left of it! Thankfully the core but of my efforts are done. Looking forward to setting up the new office and hopefully have it completed to show off next week!
  4. Looks awesome! Thanks for sharing. I had/have a thread on my previous irons which I rusted on purpose/cleaned and more. They were the Sub70 659 and had a lot of fun toying around with them. Something about the rusted looks is really appealing to me.
  5. Of course the new stuff grabs attention, but there is normally nothing wrong with the previous seasons gear. Sometimes it's harder to get fit for it properly because standard or stock options are only available which doesn't always work for all, but on general no reason to not take advantage of the deal!
  6. I think you are seeing some companies take different angles with various materials. Cobra 3d printing is likely the biggest example. I have a few others I can name, but may be giving away some testing secrets
  7. Welcome! Glad you found our little online community! How raw are the Wedges? Did you let them really rust?
  8. This week is the official 1 year anniversary call for the start of community calls!
  9. I have way too many that I could call back to. So many epic threads over the years!
  10. There are a few apps which make this silly easy!
  11. This (sorry) is a great example of or reminder notice that be sure to only sign up for those things that you are really excited for! There are a ton of opportunities and members can only be eligible for one at a time. That being said @Erin B we are thrilled to have you part of the Callaway ball test and you are rocking it so keep it up!
  12. Again they just released an all new line with claiming many improvements. They just dropped a week ago! Worth checking out.
  13. Is the question just how much does Tony win by? 3? 9? 1?
  14. There are a lot of good YouTube reviews on them. They are relatively new and expanding, but the DTC market is a crowded one and lots of brands and names come out or not many know of. In the UK with Sub70 having a fitting center and Caley being located there, add in Takomo not that far away in Finland I'm not surprised more haven't heard of Haywood - however we hope to change that!
  15. Congrats on making some big strides in improving!
  16. Check out the new TP5 if you like that series. Any premium golf ball with a softer cover for feel will or can be more prone to damage. Had lots of good feedback on the new Callaway golf balls - there should also be done DTC brands that may work well for you as well. Vice is the first brand that comes to mind which should be available there.
  17. Ugh... this looks all too familiar and gives me slight nightmares
  18. I don't know if I've known anyone to get more excited about new equipment more than Jason. His excitement on contagious and refreshing - I often feel like a curmudgeon because I've seen so many releases and while fun, it is also a lot of work haha All this to say no, nothing truly about Jason's bag is safe imo haha
