  1. Spiked shoes will always be around and provide superior stability. It's just what they are and how they are designed. Often that can lead to less comfort when compared to spikeless. At least this has been my experience and situation.
  2. The 2.1 is still their king model and the most stable of all. Sam loved the DF 2.1 and much like a few who have them while they like the 3 they don't see the massive need to switch.
  3. The field at Mexico is... Not great. Yikes!
  4. Link to Survey We have seen many different thoughts and opinions on this lineup and we are working on putting all of your thoughts on record as part of an upcoming feature article for the main site! If you could take a couple minutes and fill this it out for us it would be great! We may also include some of your comments below as part of the article! Want your chance to be quoted on mygolfspy.com? Now is your chance! Thanks all for your participation. Forum Thoughts: Sun Day Red Survey
  5. Glad I saw this thread... Need to make my picks! Tony and who else?
  6. I have actually seen a few ppl here use them. They really like them and from what I can tell they work well enough. There are so many putter companies out there it is often used to keep track of them all. Nice find!
  7. Just looks a little unfinished to me. Could use some polishing.
  8. What I can do and may make the most sense is add a marker to the community map (when I get that back up and running) so you can pin their location and write a little review or blurb about your experience with them. Then we would have course reviews - member locations and instructor locations and reviews all in one place.
  9. Didn't miss it! Head to the links above in the main post and you can order and pay right through the Red Rooster site!
  10. I did a rough count and we will be looking at needing 200 ish testers this season. That's a lot of opportunities! Head over to the first page and you'll see what we are looking for and how to guarantee your place as a MyGolfSpy Forum Tester! Doesn't take much... Just a little!
  11. That's likely the biggest thing. Fittings inside are great to take out variables, bit for some golfers (myself included) we have slightly different swings and tendencies indoors vs outdoors. I don't think I'll ever do a true fitting indoors when an outdoor fitting I'd available. To see ball flights and more is just do important.
  12. I'm hoping none! Best of luck and let us know how they perform for you!!
  13. Were you indoors or outdoors for your fitting?
  14. Wilson also has the new AI Fit system which apparently is really cool!
  15. Good morning all! Another 10 minutes and the Edel testers will be announced!
  16. Custom Fitting At Its Finest At the heart of Edel's brand is custom fitting. This is especially true with their putters, as their fitting carts host most options with the available “modular” build. If you have not experienced an Edel putting fitting, it should be on your bucket list of golf things to do, as they offer a truly unique experience. The new Edel Array brings another level of customization to putters and features several new options. These include four different models, with all three mallet designs now being available for left-handed golfers. There is also a single right-handed only blade design available. The other options include four different neck options, two alignment aids for the blade, and six for the mallets. As well as five sole weight options, four grip choices, and a Tour Lock Opti-Vibe Weighting system for internal shaft weighting options. That is a lot of options in one putter! What Edel Is Saying Edel says their Array putters are “Machined to the tightest tolerances for exacting precision. Each putter features a striking surface forged and machine-milled from 1025 carbon steel, known for its superior sound and softer feel. In tandem, head shapes and multiple alignment plates offered by the Array Putter line create a very powerful solution to aim bias." Please welcome and congratulate our testers! @Bucky CC @Parshooter36 @Prodigal Duffer @Woodrow72 AND The one and only Beta Tester @GolfSpy AFG
  17. Orders have been processed and we hope for the drivers to be with the testers early next week!
  18. I think or believe LAB has found the right balance of weight and feel with theirs. Where some others feel just extremely heavy.
  19. It's when things like this pop up that I often wonder what would happen if we had standard settings for flexes and how it would shake out.
