Good stuff - part of it too is that I did go for a shaft with a bit more feel that is less tip stiff than what I have been used to.  I definitely was swinging smoother last night and I think that made a difference.

I think I am going to go into my local shop and have them let me hit each club on lie board to see where I am coming in.  I've done that with my mizunos to ensure they are correct for me.
However, I will say that last night was a bit of a breakthrough.  I was putting on a stripe show at the range.  Still missing some right for sure, but a lot more at my target than I have seen so far.  Secondly, the strike was good to excellent on 98% of the shots.  My confidence is definitely on the rise after yesterday's range session.

They are very solid for sure.  I'll be honest, it hasn't been instant love like I had for the Mizuno's, but there is definitely a lot a upside that I can see.
For me that would be a couple more yards and the height of the shots.  Also, I think they are a touch more forgiving than the mizunos.  Once I really dial in the weight and feel of the irons - I don't think I'll look back, but it's still hard for me to say at this point.

Played 18 holes this morning and had a fairly good round.
Ball striking continues to improve as I learn these irons more.  I need more time to really get comfortable with them.  Going from having irons for 4 years to only 3 weeks is a very big change - especially when the grip sizes and shafts are different.
Had several really well struck shots where the ball did exactly as intended.  There have been a couple shots that  worry me to some extent.  I had 164 to pin and hit easy 8 iron - the ball flew about 176 to the back of the green.  Had 204 to pin on a par three - hit a nice, well-struck 5 iron that landed in the back bunker and must have flew 220 in the air (I was posing like an idiot on that one lol).
One that was 190 into a stiff breeze and the 6 iron was perfect and gave me 12 feet for birdie.
It's still hard to judge at this point as there were times my previous 18 that I had around 200 and hit what I thought was a well struck 5 iron and came up just short of the green to a back pin.  For the most part, it seems like they are a half club longer, especially when I get to the lower lofted irons.
Also, had 245 out of the rough to a par 5 so I was going to hit 4 iron to try and get it close.   Turned out much better than expected and went pin high.  Could not believe it went that far.
More to come, but I can say that the big draw miss was not as apparent today.  I had one bad one I can think of, but that was definitely overswinging as the cause.

I must of taken a page from your book as I couldn't hit a practice green to save my life. A shank, pull hook, hook, push hook, fat, thin, slice, push slice, yeah no problem, the T200's performed admirably with those shots, LOL.  Just for clarification, not the T200's fault, but my swing just dropped off the face of the earth, LOL.  Hoping to correct this soon and I'm sure the T200's will be part of that solution 😄

Something similar is happening with me as well. I'm wondering if it's due to weighting in the iron.  I have not been doing that with my Mizunos all season, but I have developed pull/draws with the Titleist much more than I'm used to.  Still need to do much more practice and side by side, but definitely something I've noticed.

I tried to do a side by side range session yesterday, but my swing was in shambles and it did not tell me anything besides I can't find the middle of the face.
Going to give another day and try again.  It has to be better than it was.

Played another 18 yesterday.  Happy with my score and I'm getting a bit more comfortable with the irons.  Still no where close to where I want to be, but I was able to score well.
Finding that I have a bit of a draw to the ball, more so than I have so far this year with the Mizunos, but besides 1 or 2 shots, it was much more manageable and would still catch the green for the most part.  Greens in regulation were down 1 to 10 this time around.  However, that includes 3 other shots that were just on the collar or only about 2 yards off and I was able to putt or an easy chip.  (Part of the reason for only 28 putts)
I found that I came up short a few times after I struck it pretty well and thought I'd be closer to pin high.  From my time on the range and during Trackman Fititng, it seemed like I was hitting it longer more often than not.  I will keep you posted on this.
This round did bring a lot more shot making comfortability.  I hit several flighted shots and my shot of the day was a 20 yard draw (for a lefty) from 165 yards on the right from the rough and I had to sling it around a tree.  I put that to about 12 feet, but missed the birdie putt unfortunately.  Another was an 8 iron from the fairway bunker that I was able to keep under the wind and put to 15 feet.
Definitely a promising step as I hit the ball much more solid than I did Friday.   Hope the trend continues and I get my yardages down with the new irons.

Some ups and downs with the irons on the first real 18 holes, but before I get to that I want to talk a little bit about the range session I had with them.  I actually went over lunch the day they arrived and again after work.  For the most part, I was hitting everything solid and certainly noticed a higher trajectory that did not balloon in any way.  I did find that I was hitting a lot more draws than I'm accustomed to, but that could just be the different shaft feel and some swing mechanics.
As for the round - I had a handful of really nice iron shots, the best being a PW from 145 that I put to 4 feet and made birdie.  A 5 iron from 204 to a par 3 that I put to 10 feet, but missed the putt.  A 7 iron that I was able to take a little off and judge my distance pretty well that ended 15 feet just past pin high.  A couple other gap wedges that range from 115 - 130 yards where I was able to hit the green each time from that distance.  An 8 iron from 165 that did not feel all that well struck but still found a way to get on the front edge and left me around 25 feet for birdie.
Ball Striking was not up to the level I would usually expect, but again it's still early.  For the most part, I was able to figure out the correct distances and found that they were pretty forgiving overall.  For instance, the first hole is a long par 4 460 yards with forced carry of 250.  I hit a great 4 iron to start that went about 240 and left me with 222 left to the pin.  I hit another 4 iron, but this was struck a bit off the toe and not as solid.  To my surprise it ended up pin high in the green side bunker.
Scoring was better than my ball striking alluded to - front 9 was 36 and back nine shot 41.  I will say part of that was due to some trouble off the tee and a few bad decisions after said errant tee shot which led to two double bogeys.   Part of the help was that I made quite a few par saves and birdie putts from outside 10 feet.
Greens in regulation were 11 for the first round.  I thought it was closer to 8 if I'm honest, so pleasant surprise.

I just added my first impressions and a lot of comparison pictures to my Mizunos and thoughts on the differences in the Review portion - https://forum.mygolfspy.com/tests/19-test-in-progress-titleist-t-series-irons/?do=findReview&review=34.  I will add details on my first 18 holes with them in this section soon.
