A few months ago I invested in a trainer for my outdoor bike at home, bought a set of TRX bands and waited until powerblock came back in stock. Building significant muscle mass through my back and deltoids. Happy with my results. Have dropped the weight in the scale but I know changes are occurring. Just waiting for powerblock to get some more weight in stock so I can expand my dumbbells up to 90lbs

Played a round on a simulator at a friends house today. Using my new irons I went in wanting to get a feel for how they would play. I’ve always played off the rack sets and to say the least I was nervous to play a custom set that was fitted for me. Major difference in my ability to make solid contact. Significantly less toe strikes and more center contact. Can’t wait to get solid numbers over the winter while continuing to grow my game.

My hot metals got here yesterday. Played them in the sim today, amazing feel. Totally worth the wait

Could be a few variables in play. Difficult without seeing your swing. I would get some trackman numbers to check face path, club speed, and side spin. Swing speed may be too much for the senior flex shaft. Their may be a small length difference but it shouldn’t be big enough for sweeping performance differences. You don’t have any changes in the adaptor, face open or closed that you aren’t taking into context?

For me it’s all about walking. If you hit bad shots, play a little left to right golf while carrying your clubs you’re gonna pay for it with all the extra work. I pay a little less attention in the cart and don’t feel like I’ve accomplished as much playing a full round compared to walking. Plus my scores are much better walking vs a cart
