I hear ya, if i could find one that was used and not as expensive I'll look into it. I'm just not wanting to pay another 200+ to try a new driver shaft. I also don't want to go pay to get fit again

Tensei av blue raw is under $100 second hand.

I have had someone tell me I had no tempo before because of my slow backswing and my transition is so quick

I laughed when I read that: describes me exactly. My swing tops out at 118 but I try and swing around 110 on course. I game a 60 gram x stiff Hzrdus blue RDX.  Before that, I had a tour stiff tensei white that I couldn’t time: I pull down on the handle much too aggressively for a tensei or a Ventus: shouldn’t be surprised since my iron shaft is also project x (LS 6.5) No one swings it exactly like you, but for those of us with aggressive transitions, Hzrdus might be worth a try.

Follow the 60/80/90 rule.

60's gram driver and fairway woods

80's gram hybrids if you play em'

And

90's gram range in da irons

I do 105 for me 48, 54 and sand/lob wedgies.

Or get fit and see what works. I have been fit and have fit plenty of people into something that isn’t close to this.

Ive been fit by UST into the same shaft and weigh in my driver and 3w. I’ve been fit by PXGs lpga tour rep into 70g driver and 80g fw and and 80g hybrid.

And my irons have never been less than 110g

it’s actually pretty common for driver and fairway to be 10g difference and hybrid to be 10-15g difference from fairway and irons to be 120-130g.
