Our spam filter is set to pretty sensitive settings due to ongoing attacks from bots everyday. If this happens send the contact us a note and I will get the email and can clear your account. For reference the filter normally blocks 100+ attacks a day and unfortunately there are a few that get caught into it. This is normal if you use a VPN or other server and bounce around IPs.
