RookieBlue7
I have a hose reel and mine is under a bench I built (to further muffle sound). It’s left with the switch on and plugs into a power strip. I can simply cut the power strip on or off and never touch the compressor William P 1 Quote In The BagDriver: TaylorMade M2 (2017) w/ Project X T1100 HZRDUS Handcrafted 65x Strong 3 wood: Taylormade M1 15* w/ ProjectX T1100 HZRDUS handcrafted 75x3 Hybrid: Adams PRO 18* w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4 Hybrid: Adams PRO 20* (bent to 21*) w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4-AW: TaylorMade P770 w/ Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Black Onyx S400 SW: 56* Scratch Tour Dept(CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerLW: 60* Scratch Tour Department (CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerXW: 64* Cally XForged Vintage w/ DG X100 8 iron tiger steppedPutter: Nike Method Prototype 006 at 34"Have a ton of back-ups in all categories, but there are always 14 clubs in the bag that differ depending on the course and set-up. Erin B
I don't think I'll ever go back to the old way of gripping. I love the air compresser way. Off Map Oscar
Not sure if you guys have had to swap grips after doing this yet but they come off just as easy as they go on. I saved all my old grips incase I hate these new midsize Quote I should be golfing instead of talking smack on the web.
RyanGi
I find the non-corded grips go on nicely at about 45 lbs. I haven’t tried corded grips with a compressor yet, but I’ve done a couple models that don’t seem as flexible as Star grips and haven’t found they need more pressure, just a little more guidance and a straight shot as they’re pushed on. I’m totally addicted. Even blew on the armlock AL2 with minimal hassle…and that thing is loooong and thick! I saved all my old grips incase I hate these new midsize I use Best Grips leather so they last a looong time. Current set has been on 3 sets of clubs (over 4 year) and look brand new except for 1 grip that has a little spot on the rubber at the but end of the grip from being in the bottom of the bag. I just moved that one to a club I don’t hit very often. I’ll replace them in the spring because I want a different color. They’ll go on a back-up set. Just keep them wiped occasionally with a wet rag and they stay like new and tacky. I run my compressor at 15 psi on the regulator Edited September 26 by RookieBlue7 Quote In The BagDriver: TaylorMade M2 (2017) w/ Project X T1100 HZRDUS Handcrafted 65x Strong 3 wood: Taylormade M1 15* w/ ProjectX T1100 HZRDUS handcrafted 75x3 Hybrid: Adams PRO 18* w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4 Hybrid: Adams PRO 20* (bent to 21*) w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"4-AW: TaylorMade P770 w/ Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Black Onyx S400 SW: 56* Scratch Tour Dept(CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerLW: 60* Scratch Tour Department (CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold SpinnerXW: 64* Cally XForged Vintage w/ DG X100 8 iron tiger steppedPutter: Nike Method Prototype 006 at 34"Have a ton of back-ups in all categories, but there are always 14 clubs in the bag that differ depending on the course and set-up.
