I love a good golf ball test. I bought a sleeve of the TP5x, and it was much better than last years, imo. I played the ‘19 model and loved it, but this one was better. Powerful flight with control around the green. Good luck to the testers!!

I'm glad to see Haywood is in on member testing, they make a great looking product. Good luck to those who apply!

Thrilled to have another DTC brand join the member testing family. Haywood offers a cool story and being Canadian and having lived very close to where they are now located I am just excited to have them take part. 

With a huge new studio coming for fittings and more and a great active social account with often some special clubs this should be a great and fun test to follow!

This really is a great ball, and this alignment aid looks amazing!!! The X really is a high flying beast!!

The Stack seems to be the hottest product in speed testing and I'm happy to see it's getting a forum review. This should be a fun and interesting one and I want to wish everyone luck that applies.

Since golf ball prices continue to rise, I’ve started to look into more reasonable pricing, but not sacrifice quality. I’ve played Snell before, but the ball lab on Maxfli makes this a serious contender. 

Thanks to MyGolfSpy and MaxFli for giving our members another amazing testing opportunity! 
I'm still playing the previous version of the Tour ball and love it! I'll be buying more soon, so it'll be good to see how the 2023 balls stack up.

Awesome, I just started playing the 301 combo set, and these irons are great.
They are gorgeous and perform really well.

For me this particular test is pretty special. 
Takomo has been so good to work with on this and they are really excited for their first test on our platform. With some crazy good irons and prices that are hard to beat they have done an excellent job in the DTC market.

Played another round with the Q Follow after work. It was after work and so it was just a nine hole round. One of the things I can say about having a motorized cart out how much easier it is to walk and how it is less exhausting than pushing a cart. Just to put it in perspective, I walked over 6 miles at work today and about 3 at the course. That's the beauty of hitting it all over the course.
A couple of negatives did rear their head today. 
1. Lost follow 3 times on hole 5. I was walking along and didn't hear it behind me.
2. Sometimes it doesn't respond to pushing the turn button, I've got a video of it that be a part of a video I'll post tomorrow. 
Other than that, I can say after switching to the Stewart bag and rearranging my clubs I find it to be more stable and less prone to tipping onto the rear wheels. 

Since I played a course yesterday that didn't allow walking, I thought I would at least take a video showing how to clean the Q Follow after your round. It's a pretty simple process, all you need is canned or compressed air and a wet cloth. 
 

Played nine after work today, the weather is supposed to be bad for the weekend and I wanted to get out and have some fun with the Q Follow. Plus, I was able to put the bag in play to see what it's all about. 

I started out solo and picked up a partner on two. I met Robert and invited him to play along. He was a wonderful playing partner and I had a blast getting to know him. We invited another partner, Mike, on the 3rd tee. He was another wonderful gentleman who added to my enjoyment of the round.
The Q Follow performed great again today and made walking fun. I only had one hiccup where I lost connection with the follow mode on the third fairway. 
I adjusted to the bag seamlessly, even with a different pocket setup. It was extremely stable on the cart and just looked good making its way along the course. I am going to make some adjustments to the clubs and how they sit in the bag. You can see in the photo that the wedges are cramped up against the handle, so I'm going to reverse the bag. 
So far I've gotten in 27 holes on one charge and still have 42% battery left. I'm going to charge it before I play again, even though I'm confident I could squeeze another round in.
The Stewart definitely turned heads today, as I got a LOT of comments from other players on it. There was a guy on 6 that hollered at me to turn it around so he could take video. I rolled it toward him and made a circle so he could record. 
I didn't take much video since the course was crowded, but I did take some rolling up the 9th.
 

The brown truck arrived today and the unboxing happened shortly thereafter.
Let's do a first impression...I am pleased.  The feel was going to be a big deal when giving this a full run and the sound / feel are well engineered.  It resembles my Cameron and that makes the onboarding process a little easier.  I decided to call Sam after filming this and we spoke for almost 12 minutes.  He offered some advice based upon what I play with and how I approach putting.  An analogy that I imagined as we spoke was picture yourself skiing, you don't think about your skis, you just ski.  Don't think so much about the putter, any strike is designed to hit to your designated target.  So I'll be working on that.  



 
 
Essentially, it's focus on your target and as long as your speed is good, your misses will be better than a traditional putter.
As far as fitting goes, the lie angle feels appropriate and the length is comfortable.  
The grip may be where I struggle but I am not immediately looking to discount it because its different than what I like.  
There is a lot more and there will be more as we gain momentum.

I submitted my video to L.A.B. For review, the evidence was clear… my current putter must be overturned.  Currently waiting for the final specs, but my fitter was responsive and asked questions about what I want from my putter. I have selected the B.2, and I am planning on that until told otherwise.  
 
You’ll have to wait for the deets!… But it is going to look AMAZING, and I’m super stoked to see what this thing can do to help me hole more putts!

Wow! Thank you for the wonderful opportunity. I've had a great run with the MIM Blacks but these Edels looked sooooooooooooo nice in person. 
Also excited to be a part of a great tester group. Let's do this!
