  1. Gotta be the WINN Dri Tac Standard for me, really love the tacky feel they give, gives me a lot of confidence throughout the swing.
  2. Thank you gentlemen! Take care guys!
  3. Thank you very much! Hope you are doing well! I am glad to have found this amazing community of people!
  4. I have not had much experience with oversized grips and I currently game a standard grip. It would be interesting to see how the feel is with the oversized grip on the Wilson Staff putters. If you could vary putts within that range and note any differences in the two that would be great. I would like to know how your confidence in different lengths of putts vary from putter to putter if it varies at all. Thanks.
  5. That's good to hear, my thoughts were aligned similarly. The price line is really hard to beat so I wondered if quality was not completely there. Good to hear your thoughts, thanks.
  6. In my limited experience of adjustable weighting (I currently play a Wilson Staff Cortex driver that has the adjustable weight front to back), I have noticed that the movable weight also does not influence ball flight as much as you would think. I would venture to say that adjusting hosel settings would have the biggest effect. After that, I would say the shaft is the next biggest factor to altering ball flight. I will link a video Tour Experience Golf (TXG) did a while back looking at the role of the golf shaft. They do a really good job at explaining how the golf shaft can be used to alter ball flight, etc.
  7. So I just finished reading the "Best Blade Putters for 2020" that was just published by MyGolfSpy, and was just wondering about your guys thoughts on the Wilson Staff Infinite line that was involved in the testing (the West Loop and Windy City models). I currently game an Odyssey White Hot 2-Ball and was considering trying out a blade putter instead (also my birthday is in two days so I figured it could be an early gift to myself ). If anyone currently games one or has tested them in the past, I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback. Thanks in advance.
  8. The feel on the hybrid is amazing, I also prefer the smaller shape design as well. I tend to play a cut with my hybrid and its respectfully consistent all things considered. At address you can see a lot of the club face which I do not mind at all. All in all a fantastic hybrid, I mean what else would you expect from Mizuno
  9. Nike iron brother! Gotta see a picture or two. Sounds like a nice set of clubs.
  10. Those cobra irons are really good looking. How are the TS2 woods treating you? I've heard good things about them but have wondered about their performance.
  11. Very jealous of that set of clubs, those mizuno irons are incredible. Nice set!
  12. Those P7-TW's belong in a museum somewhere... SHEESH. What a beautiful looking iron.
  13. Those mizuno irons are so pure, what a good looking set of clubs you got there.
  14. Just recently became active (as in earlier today) and have decided to donate. I already firmly believe in what you guys are attempting to accomplish and want to support you guys in that journey. Thank you for providing this platform to learn from others and gain truthful knowledge concerning new equipment.
  15. I would like the "broke 90" badge, I recently shot 89 (still counts right?) and was very pleased to finally break 90 as it was one of my goals.
  16. I too have a golf club purchasing addiction so you’re not alone. Those Srixon irons look AMAZING! Very envious of your golf bag
  17. I think you gotta game that PING G410 3 wood, but first pictures!!
  18. Had to clean them off before showing, but here they are! Plus an extra pic of “trusty rusty”
  19. Hey guys! Wanted to formally introduce myself since I am gonna try to be active on these forums as much as I can. I figured I would answer some of the questions posted in the topic post. Here we go: How long have you been playing golf? What’s your handicap or normal score? I just recently picked golf back up about 10 months ago, I had not played the game since I was 6. My Current HCP is 17.9. What do you love about golf? I love the friendship the game can bring, and how difficult golf can be. I enjoy the struggle to improve and the milestones you can reach in my golf journey. What brings you to MyGolfSpy? I always came to this website to read up on new equipment and technology introduced to the game and was always fascinated with new clubs and the results they produced. I then noticed that there was a forum within this website, so I figured I would join to have a place to discuss the game of golf. Where are you from? What is your home course? I am from Orlando, FL but currently living in Merritt Island, FL. My current home course is the Savannahs Golf Course in Merritt Island, FL. What are the best and worst things about golf in your region? Best: In FL, golf can be played year round so that's a big positive. Worst: The slow snowbirds all year round golf brings (no offense), I cannot stand slow play. 5 hour rounds are just not my thing I guess. What do you do for a living? Currently working as a Physical Therapy Tech (pretty much a paid intern) Thanks for reading. Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe!
  20. Finally decided to begin to be active on the forums so I decided to post my WITB first, so here goes nothing.
