About the same time... I found that the TM ICW5 and ICW11 were from 1991.  Lots available on EB.  The ICW 5 was hollow-body down to 5 iron and blades for higher lofts.  The ICW 11 was all hollow-body as their GI iron.  ICW stood for Internal Cavity Weighting.  Seems like 1991 is the earliest for hollow-body.
