When scrolling through Recent Content today this appeared, first time it appeared, never saw it before, and if posting it goes to the user profile.  What is this, thanks?

Your feed for recent content is setup to view status updates.  Not an often used function so they don’t happen often.  You just need to change you feed to show the things you want to see; Un check status updates and save the feed and they won’t show up anymore
