I just ordered a Titleist light Weight carry bag and did get it personalized with the TT logo and my name.

I'm not sure, I haven't seen the invoice yet, once I get it I'll let you know.   The delivery on the bag is about 3 weeks for custom orders, so I should know about it by then.
