Letting a golden chance go swimming on #17 sealed my fate for the tournament but overall Happy with the game. Ended up playing today, meeting up with a few family members in Ohio.  
Chapel Hill is an excellent bargain in Mount Vernon, Ohio.

Course was very nice, need people to fix ball marks on the greens, they made it tuff to get a good roll.
Staff was nice, couldn't beat what you got for the price.

Careful changing length of shafts as it will effect lie angles as well, just a thought. 

I've been playing my Taylormade Sim 2 Max at the stock 45 1/2 length, I was able to hit it well yet would spray the drives. I decided to cut it down from 45 1/2 inches to 44 1/4, What a difference, I gained approximately gain about 2 yds and the spraying has subsided.
I'm making better contact now and have become more consistent.
Has anyone experienced the same success? What has your results by going to a shorter or even a longer shaft in your driver?

Date 08/22/2023 Course Name Rocky Gap Golf Resort Gross Score 72 Course Handicap 6 Gross Strokes over/under par 0 Net Score to Par -6 Net Score 66 Net Birdies or better 10 Longest Drive 261 Up and Down and around we go again... nobody start singing. but that's the way the round went. Got back in the swing and feeling pretty good. Our group played well all together and had an awesome day leading into our county tournament.
Finished the first round of our County tournament, currently sitting at T-3 at 1 over. Teeing off in about 2 hrs from now for the second round. Wish me luck!

Date 08/19/2023 Course Name Sun City Golf Club Legacy Hills Gross Score 69 Course Handicap 0 Gross Strokes over/under par -3 Net Score to Par -3 Net Score 69 Net Birdies or better 5 Longest Drive 309 Started the round with three straight birdies and then cooled off. Five drives over 309 yards and some great shots. Two mental errors caused bogeys. Two other over cooked second shots took away birdie on par 5’s. Overall in the Texas heat in the afternoon it was a good round!

Very well kept nice atmosphere.

Somehow missed this post with everything else going on this past weekend, but I just want to say 2 things:
1.  I can't think of a better person to lead this forum, Jamie your dedication to the forum, and the membership is beyond reproach. 
2. Every day I feel fortunate and honored to be a part of the great team that makes up the Forum Administrative Staff, and take pride in the forum membership we have.  I have said it before and I'll say it to whomever will listen to me (and to those that won't come to think of it)... this is the BEST DAMN FORUM ON THE WEB.  Bar NONE!

Well... you guys are AWESOME!!
We crested the target of 40 participants, and are pushing 50 currently!  That creates some logistical questions on how to ultimately structure the teams and divisions... but WHAT A GREAT PROBLEM TO HAVE!!!!  
I will definitely owe @Golf2Much big time after this event!!  I really appreciate your support Norm!  
We will be naming the Captains tomorrow, so everyone watch this thread and possibly your DM's so you can lock in to your Captain and Team. 🙂
