Update: Sold! Please close the thread. Update: I've only used this twice over the winter since I have a weekly indoor league going. Everything is still in perfect working order. Make an offer! Thinking about selling my Skytrak due to lack of use. I brought it out of the basement over the weekend and noticed I haven't used it since February. On top of that a course 5 minutes from my house is building winter simulators so I can get my golf fix without having to travel far at all. Looking for $1500 for the Skytrak and protective case. Looks like they are selling for about $1900 on the Bay right now but I can offer a discount to MGS members. iPad not included in the sale but I wanted to show it was still functioning well.

Broke par for the first time ever a few weeks ago (71) and followed that up with a 69 two and half weeks later. Birdied every hole on my home course for the first time in 2 years. Volunteered as a hole marshal at the Ryder Cup. Was lucky enough to be selected for another MGS test. Though the VoiceCaddie SL2 didn't quite work out for me it's always a pleasure to be involved in the forum tests. Hopefully the weather holds up for a few more weeks but if not it's been a great year!

Shot my lowest round ever 2.5 weeks ago with 71. Today I blew past that with my first ever sub 70 round. Only bogey on the day was the 17th hole where I blocked a par 3 tee shot terribly right (nerves got to me). Pitch shot coming back burned the edge but I missed the 10 footer for par and settled for bogey. Feels like I lost the perfect game but still pitched a no-hitter. Awesome day.

Fun day at the Ryder Cup today. The Euro's played all 18 holes but the US stopped after 9. Apparently they are saving their energy and trying to ramp up as we approach Friday. Highlight of the day has to be this super awkward photo I took of Rory eating a banana. Seems pretty ripe for some photoshop magic.

Shot my best round ever today, a 1 under par 71 (previous best was a 72). 5 birdies on the round but I was never better than 1 under as I seemed to follow all the birdies with bogeys.

I'll take a different route from everyone else and say bring the Cobra set. Being selected for the CCC is a great story for the course and the sooner you feel comfortable with the new sticks the sooner you can dominate everyone else in the challenge!

I strongly disagree with your comment alleging collusion amount the commissioners. If for some reason you would have accepted Zalatoris for Louie we would have vetoed the offer. We had a lot of discussion over your trade and ultimately decided it was unfair due to the fact that Morikawa won the Open and is at the top of the FedEx Cup with only 3 tournaments left. If you'd like to discuss further please feel free to reach out to one of us directly via PM or on Slack. Continuing to argue on the forum only damages the league.

Honestly if the trade had been made weeks ago as you discussed it would have been approved. All four of us agreed that after Morikawa's Open win he vaulted far ahead of Berger as the number 1 in the Fed Ex Cup. There are also only three events left and neither is playing this week or likely the Wyndham Championship. Morikawa's win made the trade too lopsided just like an injury to either of them would have done. All of that being said feel free revise the trade offer and we'll review again. Just because Morikawa for Berger straight up was declined doesn't mean that all trades involving those two will be.

Great write-up. Making me very thirsty on a Friday afternoon. Not a ton around WI except for private clubs. Hopefully it takes off and some national retailers like Total Wine can start carrying it.

We actually talked about this on the commissioner's Slack thread. In general we'd request people not trade any real life goods for fantasy players, picks, or FAAB. It's nearly impossible for us to police but I think everyone is honest enough to keep things above board. If we see a trade of next to nothing for Morikawa, Hovland, and Koepka we would know something was up and deny the trade (unless you ship a 3 wood my way too).

Zalatoris is available if anyone wants to make a reasonable offer. He could be your lottery ticket to the playoffs for those near the cut line.

Completely utterly confused by this ridiculous game. Had 4 penalties off the tee today. All other aspects of my game were lights out and I ended up with a one over par 73. I wonder what part of my game I should work on?

He's definitely an interesting person to follow online. MM Golf Studios (no idea who they are; just wanted to give them proper credit) had a great reply to one of Scott's most recent posts. To paraphrase: "Dieting is common sense Exercise is common sense Finance/budgeting is common sense They all require the same thing, but knowing them and doing them are completely different." I think that sums up DECADE in a nutshell. Nothing is really revolutionary on it's own but using Fawcett's methods to actually stick to the "common sense" plan is pretty unique.

Feel free to counter. I know Cantlay is close to JT but not quite a straight up trade situation.

I went ahead and sent an email to the generic address listed on their website. They responded back in a little over a business day with some general history and an invitation to call their account manager directly if I had any further questions. To be honest that was more of a response than I expected so I think I'm going to pull the trigger and order the hybrid shaft from them. I left off Tyler's email and cell # but here is the response I received. Hi Michael, Thank you for reaching out and your interest in LA Golf. Matrix was bought by LAGP back in late 2017. We launched a version of shafts in 2018 that were very similar to the OZIK White, Red and Black Tie of the original Matrix shafts. Last April we launched a new shaft line called Tour AXS and RXR, partnered with Bryson on the Trono shaft and launched a more stable graphite putter shaft. That's the quick version of the last 3 years of LAGP. What you hit in Club Champion, who is our biggest partner is the Tour AXS Red. This model is our mid launch low spin irons. They are extremely stable without giving up the great feel. We will be launching our new website later next week so you will be able to read up a little more on the shafts themselves. That's the kind of info I'm most interested in. I don't know a lot about the LAGP company as a whole and when they don't even have basic information on their website it makes me a little worried.

I went through a long game fitting at Club Champion today and the winning hybrid shaft ended up being the LA Golf Tour AXS Red 85 X-flex shaft. The sticker price of $215 for a hybrid shaft is a bit high so I came home to do some more research on the shaft. Apparently the Bryson effect has hit LAGP pretty hard as their website currently shows this: Since I can't get any information directly from the manufacturer I thought I would put it out to the fine forum members here to ask about their experiences with LA shafts. Anything good, great, or terrible to tell about them? My second place shaft was the Atmos TS Blue 85 hybrid shaft so that one has been a lot easier to find info on (and it's cheaper).

Just filled out my bracket. It will be great when we get a Badgers national championship and a new putter for me! JK; Wisconsin kind of sucks this year. I'll still take the putter though.

Looks like it is the Corales Puntacana tournament. I remember last year it was the same thing and ended up being a week a lot of people just punted on. Fantrax has an issue trying to calculate all the scores for the match play since the players aren't guaranteed the same number of rounds or even holes played.
