  1. Here is an idea. This was inspired by my appreciation for the armed forces (my nephew is a marine) as well as the notion that I am often looking for my putter to bail me out of the mess I have made. "e.g. for goddsake hit that 12 footer to avoid a 10." That's where the S.O.S and morse code comes from.
  2. I haven't found the need to do that. Is there so much that you feel the residual tape after you re-grip?
  3. I highly recommend this one. https://www.clubglove.com/viewproduct/golfs-best-microfiber-towel/ I got a kick out of the new towels intended to look like you stole them from the hotel. https://www.pgatoursuperstore.com/super-caddie-towel/1017628.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwnf7qBRAtEiwAseBO_GZKDqcNu0b_glqE3m1mMCAAUqZGl3yTWCg3dGFCObQO3kx4b2Aq4xoCIt4QAvD_BwE
  4. Club Glove comes with a big and small "personal" waffle towel. The smaller one is like 10 x 8 or so and fits in your back pocket nicely.
  5. I may be a good candidate. I play my driver at 44 or 43.5. I usually have to add about 20g to the head after shortening the shaft to get the swing weight back up.
  6. Thanks. I'll give it a try. I have counterbalanced my putter (with a bolt) and it works for me there.
  7. Is it as simple as wrapping some lead tape around the butt of the shaft?
  8. Has anyone tried taking apart the Arccos Caddie sensor? What I have in mind is to cut away the green screw in part and then tape or epoxy the sensor to the shaft. Crazy I know, but the current length bothers me.
  9. I hadn't picked up on the leg separation. Still trying to figure out whether to try the Gankas site. Not cheap.
  10. He doesn't talk about squatting but a lot of the lessons focus on the same concept of using the ground. The slow motions on his subscription site look almost the same. Of course, he IS prescriptive.
  11. Thanks. Apologies if my comment came off as aggressive. The challenge from the videos I have viewed so far is that he offers so many options (you can do this, or that, or this) that I'm left scratching my head as to what to do. That's why I am curious if his paid stuff has a bit more instruction to it. Shawn Clements teaches a similar concept, but I struggle with the leg action there too.
  12. Thanks. I thought this guy was so obscure there wouldn't be a thread!
  13. Anyone here checked out George Gankas lessons? He gets a lot of love on another site, but the membership is pricey. He comes across as rambling on the free YouTube stuff. The swing he promotes looks the same as Shawn Clements but allowing for more variation.
  14. I'm trying to convince our regular group that 50 should be the cutoff for shorter tees. After all, the pros move onto the Senior Tour don't they?
  15. I like True Temper XP shafts. But the labels are the worst in the business. Always curling up / coming off.
  16. How do you like your PXG 0211? How do they compare with your previous set?
  17. Nice. Are those the "Kidd" Gripmasters? How do you like them?
  18. Looks interesting, but says it's in pre-order. Where have you gotten yours from?
  19. Let's go driver shafts less than $60. These are my favorites (100 - 105 smooth driver swing): ProForce V2 at $59 new. Diamana Limited Edition 60+ S blue: $35 (used, shaft pulls) Project X LZ Handcrafted: $55 Graphite Design YS-6+ (a great oldie): $30
