Huge gains, had a lesson in Thursday and wasn’t getting into my trail leg enough for power. Orange whip 122, green super speed at 108, and blue super speed at 104. All personal highs. Hit my driver at 103 more consistently than a few weeks before which is encouraging. Would love to see the baseline for the driver above 100 consistently. I still have time periods where I fall below but the bottom speeds are definitely creeping up

Imagine what the game would look like with a first string caliber qb for Miami. Nothing against Thompson, he’s played hard and kept them close enough to win

I love that harry higgs was involved. I know that him and Joel dahmen are very good friends. Hoping he can string so good outings together, and grab a tour card for next year!

I do love my Jpx 921 HM. Will likely be upgrading to the pros in the next few months for a little less offset. Overall fantastic irons and very forgiving. Plus how can you beat the feel of a mizuno iron!

Oh man that is definitely a bummer to see. You have me beat from when I hit thinned one that went through the net and dented my wooden shed, unfortunately the full side panel had to be replaced and then re pained

I’ll stay away from refurbished. I will shell out the lineup if needed for pro v1s. If things get tight or I’m loosing balls left and right I didn’t have a huge issue with the vice pro plus. Recently I have the best deal in town with my in laws living on a course, part of the house sits on the last shot of a par 5 and then the other part is in a par 3 with a lake. I never thought I’d find so many premium errant balls. Plus they have an 18 foot ball retriever for the lake!

It has a good storyline and some pretty good humor. Me and my wife really enjoyed it. that season 2 will be a go!

Just finished the recruit on Netflix and I am making my way through kaleidoscope. On vacation I finished season 3 of Jack Ryan which didn’t do much for me this season. Same can be said for house of dragons on HBO which was nothing but a season 2 setup

Fantastic review by TXG. I think the review really highlighted all the models. Even though Matt didn’t get the best numbers with the X it was cool to watch how much it turned over for him. Can’t wait to demo the paradym, maybe even the triple diamond if it suits me during my March driver fitting. Would love to see what the list of premium shafts will be!

I burned my hand pretty bad a few days ago trying to pick up a 400° sautéing pan out of the oven so that my one year old son wasn’t able to touch it, he came out of nowhere like a rogue spider. Made it through a couple days without any blistering. felt terrible yesterday, but was able to get some special cream from work for burns. Skin doesn’t feel too bad today, no blisters. Hopefully I can start swinging again in a few days versus a few weeks on the positive side though it doesn’t feel to be any long-term damage and my son was safe.

How has the driver been working for you? I know it’s marketed as ultralight to allow for increased swing speed on top of forgiveness

Probably the club I’m the most interested in based on the results of last years stealth. Going to do a fitting in March for a new driver so we will see what happens. I’d be very interested to see the upgrades vs the original

I suppose I don’t hate the look of it. I won’t be looking at the sole of the club too much. The head isn’t bad at all, really has m4 and sim vibes to it. Performance is the big thing I’ll look at, worst case scenario is a great head-cover to improve the Instagram photos

I play a mixture of fairway woods, hybrid, and iron. I like to use my 3 wood for 220+ espescially where I may try to roll something up. 225 and I need to land something in the green my 3 hybrid works well, and my 4 iron for something not on a clean lie 200+, ball flight is lower and could even be used for stingers to advance the ball as close as possible.

The typical times where I see that working are usually at the end of the day for the last few tee times. Most public places it wouldn’t be a big deal, even some of our semi private. However the country clubs would be hit or miss. Jeans are a bit harder to get away with vs a nice simple shirt….
