First, reversed grips could mean the piece of rubber between your hands and the shaft is logo down. This is a taste thing as it takes away a possible visible distraction and makes you focus on the clubhead rather than using the logo as an alignment crutch. Second, when putting (right handed), the left hand is lower on the club than the right hand. Nothing helps you find a lost ball better than a provisional hit straight down the middle.
