How many imperfect shots

In it, he edits Tiger's final round at the PGA Championship to include only the bad shots. The kicker, of course, is that Tiger shot a 64(!) while hitting these shots.

I found it a really great demonstration of how hard golf is, and you start realizing that our expectations for our own games are often massively out of touch with reality.

This sure makes me feel better about my game. I had similar misconceptions about pros what baffles me is how these small differences can add up to 30+ shots. I think that the ability of pros to keep scrambling and keep the mental side under control is what sets them apart from Joe Golfer.

Good stuff in those links.   We has amateurs often have unrealistic expectations on how well we should be playing.
