fixyurdivot
I've been working on flattening out my swing the past couple of months and that seems to have stretched out some muscles in the middle/upper part of my back that never before barked at me. It's not debilitating but rather just annoying and, even after nearly a week not playing, recurs as it did during yesterdays round. Doing a little research I'm pretty certain it's this muscle group. I had started a improve flexure/rotation routine last summer while in MT but got away from it after getting to AZ. Looks like I need to restart that but don't know if I really should stop playing (full swing) and wait before starting stretch exercises targeted at this group of muscles? Do we have any Physio Therapists on the forum who know about this?
