My H4 stopped connecting to GPS so it won’t do anything & Shotscope ‘support’ has been basically useless!

I got my Shotscope & H4 as a package in Nov ‘22 and everything has been fine until early July ‘23 then it just stopped connecting to the GPS satellite at any golf course. The screen shows it attempts 3 or 4 times (pulsing signal) and then it stops pulsing & reverts back to the original ‘GPS & Track’ (as well as other options)

I have requested ‘support’ from Shotscope (which was advertised as one of their main strengths)  via 4 support tickets over the last 8 days & have only had an auto reply back each time saying they are ‘busy’

I have tried to reset the H4 as per instructions but with no joy, I have even double checked it has the latest updates but it is still dead

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear.

I have an X5 which has had some issues, but overall working well. That watch has a "hard reset" function which some people have used to clear out problems ... not sure if the H4 has the same thing, but on the X5 it's accessed by holding down the power button continually, past the watch restarting, until you get a new menu to continue.

Yes their support has been busy was uncharacteristically unresponsive, but perhaps there is more info on the H4 available on their support website..?

I'm echoing the OP on this, I received my H4 a few weeks ago (early Sept) and have nothing but problems with GPS lock. It worked perfectly the first time but hasn't worked since. It's interesting that the OP says his worked up to July of this year, and mine is having problems from the get-go; similar timeframes suggest a problem with their firmware's GPS lock (I updated immediately to 3.0.44 upon receipt). I've searched their support site for answers and have done the 1 fix they give (linked by tony above) multiple times with no success.  I'll be sending a detailed email to support & will report back here with their response (hopefully).
