We were paired up with a guy who was INSANELY slow....especially on the tee box. I timed him. It averaged 2 min 35 sec AFTER putting his tee in the ground. I really couldn't think of a polite way to tell him how bad it was. Instead I took the opportunity to explain to my daughter what he was doing that made him so freaking slow and what he should be doing instead.
