I'm guessing you make six figures a year...lol. Some of us don't. Some of us find ourselves having to be financially frugal and creative to get by and still be able to play the game we love. Just sayin'...............................

I have the original ER2 and I still love it. I was at Golf Galaxy with my brother a few days ago. He was demoing drivers and I went to the putter 'room' and started playing with the new EVNRolls.... nice putters! Then, I saw the putters by SIK. Sooooo good! I'm not sure $400.00 good, but.......................

I mostly wear Ben Hogan shirts and shorts from Walmart. I do have a couple Bermuda Sands shirts that I really like.... except for the price...lol.

I 100% agree with this. I play MP64's..... a semi, quasi blade? They are catagorized as players' cavity backs. To me, they are more muscle backs than anything, although, there is a slight cavity in them. I hit them just fine. Could there be more 'forgiveness'? Maybe/probably. I can say with full confidence that any problem I have is not because the irons are 'blade like'. They are because I have swing flaws.

Anything that costs a lot of $$$ and you don't mind getting dirty, muddy and grass stained is golf attire...lol. A lot of $$$ is subjective, obviously. I wear clean jeans in cooler weather at any course that allows them. If not, I just wear any casual dress pants that I no longer care about ruining...lol.

Congratulations Georgia fans. That was a great game! My Buckeyes just didn't have quite enough to get it done. I came away with a whole new respect for C.J. Stroud. I never saw that kid play like that in two years. I might have to change my thoughts on him not being a good NFL QB. He showed guts and moxy that I didn't think he had. Hopefully the championship game will as good!

Refurbished balls have 'refurbished' printed on them. At least Pro V's do. I buy the highest quality offered. They are just cleaned and sorted by condition.

No. I think spending $15 for a dozen Pro V's is a lot better deal than $50 for brand new balls that might not be centered. I never use refurbished balls... only found balls sold as is. I lose too many balls in a season to justify paying $50 for new balls.

This describes my home course to a tee. No time between groups... just hit when you think you won't reach the group ahead of you. Load as many people on the course as possible. Don't bother making sure no one is making the turn before sending a group off the back because they just want to play 9 holes. No amount of complaints seems to matter at all. It gets worse every year...lol.

Totally agree with this! I have said many times.... and suggested at my home course that rulkes for pace of play be posted in the clubhouse, on the door entering the clubhouse and at #1 and #10 tee boxes. Three minutes to look for a ball, then throw one down and continue. On busy days on public/muni courses, pick your ball up after 4 attempts to get on the green after tee shot. Make it known that you will be expected to follow these rules or you will be asked to leave. 4 man scrambles should not be allowed unless in a scramble format outing.... they hold up the rest of the course because they talk about every shot, run around looking at every shot to see which one is best, then debate another 5 minutes about it...lol. By the time they are done, it has taken 15 minutes to play the hole. There is never any good reason for a round to last longer than 4 - 4.5 hours. That solved nothing.... but I feel better!

Convince me why I should buy $50.00 a dozen balls instead of balls from 'Lost Golf Balls'.

I just wish I could fit into the 12 I have...lol.
