I am actually really excited for this challenge this year and am already thinking of what holes are going to be the toughest and what ones I should be able to take advantage of early in the season!
-
At least for me, post update the emojis seem to be back to normal. Please let me know if this is back to normal for you guys as well. Cheers!

Finch and Shiels: Why don't they film together anymore?
GolfSpy_APH replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in The 19th Hole
This was exactly like me. I would wait and be so excited for all the new videos he produced and relied heavily on his opinion. As my knowledge grew about the game of golf I slowly started ignoring more of his content and eventually unsubbed and actually got the point of asking youtube to ignore and not recommend his videos. I am sure he is great for many, but at least for me I outgrew his content and as far as I know he has changed, but not to the attune that I would rejoin or entice me to watch again. Then add in the bit of "I'm too big for Pete" which may be harshly summarising, but was what was eluded to it is an even bigger turn off. -
2023 TaylorMade Launches Stealth 2 Carbonwood Driver Line
GolfSpy_APH replied to Golfspy_CG2's topic in Golf Clubs
I mean most all other companies are pretty close. Callaway does. Srixon, Ping, Titleist are on 18 month cycles. If this was Jetspeed era yes I would agree it seemed like ever 6 to 8 months they had a new one coming out and it was too much, however a new one each year isn't bad. It is how the market is and is also what a lot of consumers expect at this rate. It does give me nike vibes, but more in the fairways. As for getting it right, with new tech and new cycles there will always be areas where they find improvement. I would like to think that is a good thing as at least they are not just running back an old model repainted. However that is just my thoughts. -

The red they added to the back of the regular and hd models Look fantastic. Looking forward to seeing these in person. I didn't jive too well with the original stealth, but doesn't meant I won't give this a try. -

Note it on the comments of the article. Unfortunately I don't have the ability to edit their stuff. I will send a note off about that tho! -
I think @Golfspy_TCB can attest to them being a pretty stellar iron. Nice to see them add and not replace unnecessarily.

Honestly no, but I'm more looking at the i230 if anything. However these do look like a great iron (as usual from Ping).
-
Definitely looks like they took a page from the Adams playbook on these. Not necessarily a bad thing, but certainly won't suit all. They actually look pretty clean and like the aesthetics of the irons back. No crazy colors or silly still. I won't likely be gaming them anytime soon, however doesn't mean I won't take them down when I see them in the shop.

Just made a little update to my original post sharing the MGS Blog article - great in depth info about these wedges (and there will be a raw finish as well which is great as well as the level of detail that goes into these grooves is pretty freaking cool to. Lets see if they manage to keep up to Ping in the wet?- 9 replies
