Well, here it goes.. Had 8:00am tee time Sat. Father in law, wife and myself. perfect morning.. Get to the course and then it starts.. Wife Flushes her sunglasses.. Great this is going to cost me.. They were Fossil brand had them for a couple years but they were not cheap.. Move onto the important stuff. Open with a double.. Not happy but OK.. then i take a bogey after leaving tee shot behind a tree, OK i'll take my medicine.. Par #3 thats more like it.. That is where it ended.. I'm 11 over through 7. I get to 8 Long straight par 5. My tee shot doesn't even make the forward tee.. Major D!ck out.. My wife now is out driving me before she even hits a ball.. Errrr. 3 wood to 225. 3 wood to the greenside bunker.. ok I might save a par.. ON know. I have to KNEEL on the edge of the bunker to be able to hit it. i do get it out on 1. but a long way from the pin.. I finish the front 14 over... Head to the back, Same thing on 10 another double. I scramble to save a bogey on 11.. the next 7 holes I play 1 over, including a chip in and a drive on a downhill par 4 that find the fringe.. i Shoot 51/38.. WTH.. I could not buy a bogey on the front niine. and then i end up with a 4 over back nine.. What the hell.. I hate this game. Good news Wilson D300's are getting better.. LOL

If it wasn't for my wife and daughter I'd be a total mess.. I guess i really am lucky.. LOL

I wanted clubs that play, she wanted clubs that look good.. WTH?? LOL

You just had to buy matching grips.. Hell I had to buy clubs because she wanted, and Needed new ones.. But She had to have Green.. Whatever, She's happy I get to golf.. LOL it works out..

Up here we give it a day or 2 and the rain melts it. we don't get that much on the west side but Kenny B gets quite a bit.....

I always mark my ball with a Blue dot to the Right of the name. When putting I always turn the ball so it's white when i look at it, no line no logo nothing,.. I only use natural colored or white Tees.. Birdie or better ALWAYS has honors. Keep glove on except to pee, DUH... Always congratulate someone on a good shot whether i like them or not.. Racing Quads for years I had a lot of them.. Always wore sun glass tinted lenses. Right boot first. Same socks, unitl they wore out ( yes washed every week) Same t-shirt under jersey ( again washed every week) visualize the start while waiting to get called to the line. Same routine to get to the track every week..

It depends on the situation for me.. If i'm out to play golf.. than no.. but If i'm having a good time and playing golf at the same time great, but never to be intrusive to anyone else on the course. If the music can be heard more then 30-40 feet from the cart it's too loud, Unless there is no one else around.. We've played a little resort course on Columbia river that was fair game, hell women in bikini's, guy's shirtless, Bare feet, your own cooler of whatever.. music playing.. It was fun for what it was.. but not to truly play golf..

Rev you live in Florida, Heck I live in Washington and my lawn has basically stopped growing from the heat.. Your's should be dead... LOL.. spend the time with Family instead of mowing the lawn.. LOL

NIce.. I work with a kid trying to make it as a pro.. he has missed advancing at Q school the last couple of years by 1 stroke.. He played it and said amazing and one of the tightest courses...

I would normally be Super Dave for forums and things, Back when I raced Quads and Dirt bikes I wrecked a lot.. and would always come back for more.. Since Super Dave was already taken I decided to just go with last name and initials..

Has anyone else ever had Firefly Classic vodka? or their Lemonade Vodka? It's been a few years but I was sent to Charleston S.C. on Business, Long story short I ended up with time off.. SO i called a friend we ended up doing little Turkey hunting, after which his wife asked if i had ever been. I said no and so we went to the distillery. we did a Tasting.. OMG the classic was incredibly smooth, and tasty.. the lemonade flavored did not need mixed it could be drank over ice..

I hate Golf... I have offered to sell my clubs several times.. LOL Usually because I suck... #29...

Both depends on the course, who, and when I'm playing.. With wife ride cause she likes to walk here and there but not the whole course. When I was in league it would depend on the course as we played 10 course in a rotation.. some cart was included other Not walking so it all depends..

Alright 5.5 hours left, til my weekend starts.. Sunday Golf but tonight, i'm drinking.. Looks like either Angry Orchard hard cider, or Appltini's... I'm such a girl... LOL..

The ONLY advice i Offer on the range is to Little Kids, 7,8,9, maybe a little older if THEY ask.. and it's usually a trick i figured out with my daughter.. I put a penny down in front of the ball and tell them to hit the penny... Works great for kids.. that is the only range advice i give.. and only after I ask dad if it's ok.. Kids tend to understand hitting the penny better then taking a divot after the ball.. other then that Nothing.. Unless with a buddy then nothing is off-limits.. you swing like my wife, you need to slow down oh wait you need to speed up, slow from the top faster take away.. of yeah it's all fair game when it just Jim and I..
