Blabber Whatson Posted December 14, 2023 Share Posted December 14, 2023 Within 2 days of each other both mine and my friends Shot Scope V3’s have stopped communicating with the tags in the club. This obviously renders the data collection aspect useless. Shot Scope no longer sell the V3, and are out of stock of key accessories like a replacement strap, or charger. Did you check to see if it's reading the tags? You can try a hard reset of the V3. Note, there's a pretty active Shotscope user thread here - posting your issue might get you more solutions. Lastly, I'd shoot them a message via the app they are very responsive but keep in mind that support is located in the UK. BMart519 Posted December 15, 2023 Share Posted December 15, 2023 I got rid of my V2 around May or June of 2023. It was noticeably worse than the V2 at picking up shots and would miss 5-10 per round. The new functionality and better battery wasn't worth it. It does sound like newer firmware has helped others with the X5.
