Hold on....so because bad golfers want to play a cheap ball because they know they'll lose them...that makes the balls inaccurate?   I honestly thought your post was sarcasm when I first read it.  I find more Pro V1's than any other ball and it isn't even close...that doesn't make it a bad ball, it's just played by bad players with money at my course.

Kirkland.  They are no longer what they were when they were first released a few years ago, but if you want to save some $ they are perfect!  $27.99 for a two dozen box.  They even come in vi-vis yellow now, which is a plus for me.

I enjoy both THC and alcohol.  Knowing your limits is key.  I've been very drunk on the course before and my game always falls apart...when I use THC, I haven't gotten to the point where it drastically hurts my game.   I seem to shoot mid 80's all the time, whether I'm totally sober or if I'm partaking in alcohol AND THC...so I say F it, if I'm gonna shoot 85 regardless, give me my vices.

I love playing music on the course...but like others have said, at a reasonable volume.  I play with a guy who likes his music really loud...to the point that you can't hear each other talk while in the same cart.
But even then, no music will ever bother me as much as really slow play...slow play is what ruins a round of golf, not music.

It's a hybrid for me all the way...although i've never used a driving iron.  I have a hard enough time hitting my 4 iron, i'd imagine a 2i/driving iron would be even more difficult.

My most comfortable would be my Callaway Apex 3 Hybrid...210 pretty consistently and dead straight 95% of the time.  Tee'd up, fairway, or decent lie in the rough...that club is like my security blanket.

My least comfortable would be my Sim Max driver....when I hit it good it is awesome....The direction is my issue...some times its a slight fade, other times is a nasty pull hook.  Just can't seem to get consistent with it.

Similar to OP, I wanted something I could track better in the air, both in clear skies and overcast. Red is a color whose visibility seems to vary with different individuals, but for me it showed up the air really well...a nice black dot that I could follow as far as one could hit it on most shots. Unfortunately I found it sometimes a bit harder to pick up on a green fairway or in the rough.
I settled on OnCore's matte green (Vero X1). I see it easier in the air than white, yellow, or orange, and also a bit easier on the ground as well. On a slightly different track, I like looking down at a matte ball. Not entirely sure why...maybe there actually is something to the marketing claims about that. Might try Vice's lime green someday.

For me, the best tips have all been around basic course management...know where to miss (or what danger to avoid), shoot for the center of greens and not at the pins, take your medicine when you are in a bad spot (don't go for the hero shot that almost never works)...good golf alot of times is boring golf.

All of these "tips" have helped me go from a 12 handicap to a 11.8 handicap.

    Maybe I need lessons.  🙂

As others have said!!  The less I think & tinker the better I ALWAYS play.   Also as mentioned not sure what your "putting" problem is, but pro's 50/50 make distance is 8 feet.  After keeping track of my 1st put distance, for about 90 rounds now my 50/50 make is about 5.5 feet.  So I'm not sure what your expectations are, but first build confidence that you will not 3 putt on putts less than 20' by concentrating on distance control.  Second practice A LOT OF PUTTS less than 6 feet, these are the ones you can actually make more of when given the opportunity.  Just my thoughts!

THC has so many benefits, it's hard to believe it isn't even medically available in a lot of states.  But it's a states right to decide....AND, with anything like this (alcohol, THC etc), enjoy in moderation, don't drive, know your limits.

.. Sweet! Welcome to 2023. Hard to believe NC, SC, TN, KY, IN, WI, KS, NE, WY and ID aren't even medically legal is a travesty and one of the reason the federal govt should legalize it everywhere but those same azz backwards politicians that think Refer Madness is a documentary always block it. Friend of mine just went through Chemo/Radiation for cancer in his throat and THC was a huge relief for him and he had not ever tried it to prior. He is now a believer and thankfully cancer free.
