  1. Yeah, I’m not a prick, so I don’t do this stuff. As they say in baseball, “Bush League!”
  2. I did one as part of a full bag fitting. Once done with the SAM, there was no way to “build” me a putter to the specs. They had about 15 putters sitting there, but none were useful to me. Kind of a waste of time. I’d rather spend a little more money for an Edel fitting, or similar, where they actually build the putter for you while you’re there so you can see if it works. SAM data, great, but now what?!
  3. Very similar to Birdicorn. $12! Has a bottle opener built-in, and magnet that holds the coin.
  4. I’m sure that’s the case, putter length. I just don’t have the same feel of CB because there isn’t any weight above the hands like there was on the Cleveland that I first bought years ago. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. That’s my preference as well, having the longer shaft. I’ve never really felt the same sensation when I’ve tried the “standard length” CB options. I’d be curious to buy one again and do a putting challenge to look at lag putting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. Yes. Correct. I play a 37” putter now which isn’t counterbalanced, but I liked having that weight above my hands. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  7. Back in 2013-2014 when Callaway launched the Tank, and I bought a Cleveland 38” counterbalanced putter, they were everywhere! Most companies had a least one model, and the offerings for new styles came each year. Now, they’re nowhere to be seen! What happened?! How many of you played one, which one, what length, and if you don’t play it anymore, what do you use now? Why’d you switch away? As I mentioned, I had a Cleveland Almost Belly one, and then had an Odyssey, then I moved away from them. Not sure why.... Here’s an article MGS did back in 2013 on these putters: https://mygolfspy.com/counterweighted-putters-the-anchor-ban-answer/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  8. In looking for an option that would give me a sense of what would happen on a course, I don’t see this being that device. I haven’t seen a golf course in my lifetime with the degree of slope yours has, nor the “length of grass” either. If I were to hit a chip that close to the hole, that ball is GONE. I’ve been spending a lot of time during Covid chipping and pitching to towels, and into a bin/box. The idea is that I get used to hitting a target from various distances, and then when I play, I can judge similar distances and hit the ball with the appropriate force. Yes, yours can do the same, but a towel is already in my house. Plus, I can use real balls with the towel. Ok, yours can be used indoors, but so can a towel and those same foam balls.... I SINCERELY wish you the best of luck, but I just don’t see the need to spend that much money to do what I’m already doing for, basically, free. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  9. The OVERWHELMING majority of ESPN “characters” are the same for me! I don’t even turn on ESPN unless they have Live sports. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  10. In 1987, when I graduated HS, my parents told me, just like they told my 4 older siblings, “You can go anywhere in the country if it’s less than in-state for a Michigan school.” I graduated from App State, and out-of-state was SIGNIFICANTLY less than Michigan schools in-state. UofM was $13k for tuition back then. App was between $8k and $9k per year. It’s totally out-of-hand now, and no one who can change it cares.
  11. It’s expected that tuition for my 9 year old will be $62,000 a year by the time she graduates HS. College undergrad degrees are not worth 1/4 million dollars.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  12. Yep. Tuesday. The new NX9 is supposed to be added to their site this week. May take a look at what’s been upgraded and possibly swap-out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  13. Places like Club Champion and True Spec do them, and you may be able to find a fitter that does fitting for Edel putters, and some companies offer fittings by submitting online video. Best option would be to use Google, or ask at Pro Shops, or Golf stores. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  14. That happened at post #2....... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

  17. In Post #10, the OP quoted Fujikura, so he has his answer. Why is this thread 68 posts deep??? Man. I’m this being home all day is REALLY getting to me! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  18. In my last round, I was moving along at a nice pace with no one ahead of me slowing me down. Good thing was, when I hit two poor shots, I was able to analyze what went wrong, drop a ball, and hit a second shot. Both were approaches with mid irons, and the second shots both hit the green, and went 8-10 yards further than the first. What I came away with is I need to go back to practicing my swing for the shot to be played as my pre-shot routine. I realized that I do a couple full swings with woods and hybrids on the tee box, but I don’t with irons once off the tee box. Gotta be consistent. Making the adjustment next round for sure! 19. I must be aggravated this morning, because all I thought when I started reading this is, “How many threads exist about present day lofts , and do we need another?” Good gracious. Best quote on here, “Ad infinitum.” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  20. I am SO jealous of real fairways like this! Good Lord, I’m so tired of crappy golf courses. Seriously. It’s ridiculous the goat ranches I have to play. Man. That’s so nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  21. Perfect time to sell some FinnCycles!!!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  22. Those are the Beres clubs. Yeah, crazy expensive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  23. I have a Honma driver....... Not snobby, or rich. Also, the new TR20 irons are $1200 a set. That’s on par with Callaway, TaylorMade, Titleist, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
