Oh boy, good luck. One of our twin daughters was just like me growing up and it was hell on wheels from 14 - 19 years old. All is good last 25 years. Good luck, hang in there, things have a way of working out. BTW, she’s 45 years old, college grad & masters, married almost 20 years, school computer teacher and fantastic mother of 2 girls both are honor role and top in their class. Went out and played Exec 9 last night, first 9 holes in almost 6 months since my shoulder surgery! Played from forward or white tees, nothing stronger than an 8i and 3/4 swing. SWMBO drove the cart to make sure I didn’t overdo it (she had leg procedure Friday). I didn’t light it up but didn’t stink either, chipping was disappointing, putting was pretty good. Congratulations!! We also have 1 boy and 3 girls grandchildren. Oldest is girl 16, 17 in July and we paid for 1/2 of her car last month. Only 3 more to go[emoji33]

Went to Range and hit a bucket with 8 iron and 3/4 swing. Shoulder felt pretty good, no pain or discomfort. Only a bit of soreness from other muscles that have been dormant for last 5+ months. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

Weight has been consistent last couple weeks, 200-203. Since my shoulder operation in February I’ve been to the gym less and obviously no golf in 5 months. So I’ve lost 10+ lbs in that time frame, so Golf is fattening? Don’t think so but the Social part of Golf has to be part of the problem. 4 years ago I was tipping the scale at a whopping 234, that’s 30+ lbs lost without going crazy dieting or crazy gym time. I’m going to continue with my eating moderately and up the gym time a little since my shoulder seems to be on the mend. I would like to mellow out at 185-190 this time next year. We have an appointment with Orthopedic Doc next week and should get the OK for easy Exec golf! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

PT this main the shoulder. It was evaluation day. Came in at 145’ range of motion goal is 160’ minimum. Therapist figured 2 more sessions thane break me loose and do exercises at home like I do now. Therapist also recommended that I should start hitting balls, not go crazy but just start chipping to 3/4 iron shots. NO LONG CLUBS.
