Sorry for the delay, I have had a lot of personal stuff going on but the testing continues.
Since my last post on the gloves, I have had the opportunity to play more rounds and hit the range with the gloves. I am still really enjoying the gloves they are super comfortable on my hand and i could wear them all round not having to take them off like I do with other gloves.
It's been a hot one here in western PA and my hands get super sweaty inmost gloves with the claw pro and the claw max they have great ventilation, so my hand doesn't feel like i dunked it in a pool. I have noticed at times the grip has been getting a little loose from water or sweat but nothing too bad yet. The club isn't going to fly out of your hands but definitely can tell something isn't right.
I have put the gloves through a ringer and the glove is holding up. I have played many rounds and range sessions with them, and the durability is holding up no tears or rips on the gloves like would normally happen by now with a Callaway or FootJoy glove. I am impressed with that aspect.
I am still comfortable having an iron or driver in my hand not worried about losing my grip and causing a bad shot that is just my skill level lol. Like I mentioned previously I am a feel golfer when it comes to shots with my wedges, I still feel like the club is getting stuck in my hands on wedge shots and can't move the ball to where I want it to go

Finally was  able to escape the sickness in the household during daylight hours and get out to the course. Been a lot of range time and backyard swings on a divot board. Weather was a nice cloudy day with temps only in the high 80s. some humidity but nothing crazy.
Played with the White Pro glove. Comfort and feel are great. Glove hand felt fine and never extra warm. Never got sweaty as the Pro models constantly prove that there is more ventilation compared to the Max.
Performance off the tee was poor today. Some bad strikes all around and just when I thought I was going to go 3 straight rounds without losing a ball, I top my driver on 18 right into the creek in front of the tee. Driver was fine (excluding 18th hole). Despite the result on 18, my driver was otherwise well struck, but this course takes away driver from the tee a lot and I just didn't execute.
Approach play made up for it today, included over performing from 150+ yrds.

Many of you may know the tale of my profile picture, a tale of heartbreak and hubris on the 17th green at North Bellingham Golf Course, artfully narrated here by @Thin2win: https://forum.mygolfspy.com/topic/44718-cobra-connect-five-pre-challenge-chatter-testers-announced/page/14/#comment-770041

I swore then that I would keep that profile picture until I made my first eagle.
@Kenny B and @fixyurdivot were witnesses to many near misses - 4, to be exact, on the weekend of the 2022 PNW Spy Golf-a-thon. And since that time, with every passing round, the Sisyphean burden grew larger. As my handicap trended lower, paradoxically the opportunities became fewer. I had resigned myself to never reaching that goal, somehow becoming the first golfer in history to reach scratch level without capturing that most rapturous of raptors.
And yet somehow, like the preposterous script to a Hallmark movie, the moment finally came at the most poetic of times. On Friday afternoon, golfing with brother @Kieran and my dad, as part of weekend celebrations for the former's impending Saturday wedding, we made a return to the venue of heartbreak.
My driver had been banished to the back of my bag early in the round, and I had been depending heavily on the surprising prowess that my 3 wood was displaying on the day. On the 17th tee it didn't disappoint, with my first shot precisely splitting the fairway 261 yards from where I first swung. Standing over my ball in the fairway my thoughts went to the fateful day 4 years prior. With the weight of that burden weighing me down, I swung my 7-iron as freely as I could muster. It wasn't a perfect shot by any measure, starting towards the center of the green and fading off to the right, bounding into a patch of rough that was more forgiving than most I had encountered so far on the day, though I didn't know it yet.
On the walk towards the green I recounted the story of my first missed eagle to my dad, remarking that it had happened on the very same hole that we were playing. When neared the hole I saw where my ball had landed, I let go of the bit of hope I had carried with me from the tee to the green.
But if there is a burden in the weight of great expectation, then the inverse must be true as well. A Kevin Costner-ian underdog has no fear of failure because failure is all that they know; and without fear there is only the freedom to swing freely. And so, from 7 yards off the green, that was what I did: a back foot chip with my 52°, and no expectations of holing out. The contact was clean, the ball flew just past the fringe, skipped, slowed, and trundled towards the hole. It went over the lip, hit the center of the flagstick, and hung in the air for what felt like an eternity.
And then it dropped into the hole.
And today, for the first time in 4 years, I am freed from the facepalm.

Totally agree with this take. I also believe he will take the 12 best players the US can field and not play favorites as it seemed ZJ did. Building a group that meshes well is important, but you cannot leave guys home that are flat out better players. Full Swing magnified every move ZJ made by 100, but he really did make an a** of himself, or at least they portrayed it so.
One thing is for sure, I am fired up for 2025!

A quick update. Used the Claw Max on Monday in the 117 degree heat. For Arizona it was quite humid as well. Those conditions would have left even a new standard leather glove sweat-stained and stiff. That is not the case for the Max. In those conditions the Max is notably hotter to wear. The extra leather is very noticeably warmer on my hand.
So far these gloves have provided superior grip and comfort in the hot Arizona sun!

After years of chasing 80 and getting close so many times a year I finally was able to break through on Sunday and not only break 80 but absolutely smash it with a 75 at one of my favorite courses. Neshanic Valley Golf Course has 3 separate 9's and I played Ridge to Lake from the blues which is roughly 6000yds. I shot a 38 on the ridge 9 followed by a 37 on the lake 9. Offcourse below gives a nice quick summary of the round and my round started on the 10th hole and Arccos breaks it down in a bit more detail.

This round also brought down my handicap to the lowest I've ever had and officially gets me into a single digit handicap even with rounding. Just a great day of golf that was rewarded and a long time coming.

Hit some pitches with the PW today in the backyard using the Pro White glove.  Hit one into the above ground pool and used the PW to retrieve the ball.  Needless to say the grip was soaking wet by the time it was retrieved.  Made for a quick “soaking wet grip” test in terms of tactile retention.  As noted in the Claw Daddy literature, I did see some slight loss of grippiness…however it was amazing at how much grip grunge (no I don’t do a lot of grip cleaning and 98% of my backyard drills are glove free) onto the glove….now to get some more grunge so I can wash it to see how clean it comes.

I take it off after every shot and put it in my back pocket - putting the glove on is part of my pre-shot routine. If I back off of the ball when I'm about to hit I'll actually undo the velcro of my glove, then re-start my pre-shot walk-up routine by putting the velcro back on.
And I use the glove for every shot except for putting.

I finally found something! I've been searching for any information about the intended fit of each model and finally stumbled across this...

The above a screen shot of the glove comparison on Caddy Daddy's site. There is an option to show only the differences between gloves and that is what I have shared.
Under key attributes for the Max model, it states the following:
"TRADITIONAL FIT AND FEEL COMPARABLE TO TIGHT FITTING LEATHER GLOVES"
So it may be the intention for the Max model to feel more snug

Additionally, the description indicates breathability, but that has generally not been the case for me.

The Pro model states breathability in its key attributes and I think that is accurate at this point of the testing.

Ran out for a quick 9 at 5:30 and played by myself until the last two holes. On the final hole I piped my drive 321 yards (the beneficiary of a very dry course) and left myself ~70 to the hole with a couple of trees crossing in front of me. It looked like I had enough room to go straight over the low point where the trees crossed each other. I pulled out my trusty 54 degree wedge, lined up carefully, kept my head down through the swing, and landed on the green with about 20' for birdie. I was unable to convert the birdie putt, but left myself inside the leather to collect my par.
Very satisfying way to end the day.

Got out for 9 holes again yesterday with the Pro glove, and shot a respectable +2. With this morning’s revision that puts me at a new Low HI of 12.6.

Early in the test to give any final conclusions, but I think between that round (and getting my first ever eagle in my first round with the gloves) I can say with confidence that they don’t hinder your performance at all. Too early to say whether or not they help.

My dad and brother also had a chance to try them, and both seemed happy with how they worked.

Hello golf spies! My name is Gavin, and I’m lucky to be reviewing another product for the MGS Forums! (you can check out my past reviews at the links in my signature)
You may not recognize my profile picture because it recently changed from a facepalm - you can read the story of that change here.

I had two looks at eagle during this round at Wine Valley GC on the 2022 PNW MGS Meetup, but couldn't get either of them to drop.
    Introduction
My wife and I live in the very northwest corner of Washington state, where we share our home with a couple of pets. I work in agriculture and natural resources as both the manager of six local government districts, and the executive director of an organization that represents those districts at the county and state level. As you might imagine, my job is always busy and I’m never truly off the clock, so I rarely manage to get out for more than an evening 9 holes of golf, except on weekends. However, being the boss does give me a certain flexibility with my schedule, and on days when my schedule isn’t full of meetings I can always take an hour at lunch for a quick range session!

I may be in charge at the office, but at home I have to defer to Pete and Juno.
I grew up playing lots of team sports, and although I played golf occasionally as far back as high school, it wasn’t until after grad school that I really put any effort towards taking the game seriously. While having an athletic background certainly is helpful in golf, if I’m not careful my swing will fall back to old habits learned from years of ice hockey and baseball.

There are a handful of skills from my hockey-playing days that translate to my golf game, most notably the large amount of side spin on almost every shot!
Speaking of baseball, that was my first thought of the Claw gloves when the test opportunity popped up on the forums – with the two-tone look, grippy palm, and flashy logo they reminded me of the batting gloves of my youth. Whether that comparison holds up once I have them in on my hands remains to be seen, but there are several questions that I’ll be looking to answer over the course of the test:
What are the differences between the different models, and which would I recommend? What’s the deal with the silicone– how will it impact my grip and swing, and will it hold up to the abuse (especially from the corded uppers of my MCC grips)? How does the glove perform in the varying conditions of the PNW – heat, rain, and being stuffed in my golf bag at the end of each round? Will it stand up to the durability claims that CaddyDaddy makes? And perhaps most importantly, will it be able to dethrone the Footjoy StaSof as my glove of choice? I’ll be putting the gloves through their paces (and enlisting the help of my brothers and other golf partners to do so as well), so stay tuned to see how things turn out!
    Unboxing & First Impressions
When the gloves arrived, I realized that a batting glove wasn't the right comparison, but a mountain biking glove was!

The similarities in construction and materials between the Claw glove and this Dakine brand mountain biking glove are remarkable.
You can read more of my first impressions here.

Did some more range work last night and instead of splitting my bucket between all 3 gloves, I committed to hitting everything with the Max model.
For me, the Max has been a tighter fit compared to the Pro. It has kept  my hand warmer and sweatier compared to the Pro.  I lucked out with the weather as it was in the low 90s and dropping with a good breeze (I did get there at 9:30 pm)
Overall, the tighter fit didn't really bother me for the duration and while my hand was still noticeably warmer, it wasn't nearly as sweaty as previous sessions (I think that was due to the weather more than anything .... 15mph winds felt nice)
The big takeaway this day was when I took the glove off after wearing it for over an hour straight (which is rare for me).  Very noticeable imprints from the seams. While they don't last, it has me wondering if I have the correct fit for the Max glove.

    ==============================================================
Overall it's been an enjoyable test so far. I am very grateful for the opportunity from MGS. Thanks to this testing, I am putting a much needed emphasis on my setup and grip with every session and every shot.
    Looking forward to more
