I don't know what you like, but I thought it was pretty nice. It's called Links, but as I recall at least the one 9 (the front I think) is not like a Links course - I think a good bit of it was through a wooded area. Only played there once and for some reason I don't really have any recollection of the other 9 except that it was different and more open. Clubhouse was decent/nice (it's all relative, I know). FYI: I know I'm not able to join you, but thought I'd pass this along. While I've never played at St. Albans, I have a friend who has several times. He played there just in the last week or so and it sounds like their fairways got pretty dried out and hard this year. He's always had good things to say prior to this year, but I guess it wasn't the best experience this time around. Not saying you shouldn't go there, just passing along the info. I suppose if you know your trying to sell for development, saving money on water becomes a priority.
